According to the hotel online it stated there were 5 restaurants and when I got there they told me there was only one. The response was the internet was not updated.
Very disappointing that the food was the same.
This Resort is somewhere you can relax
Hotel was very good, however it’s not a 5 star hotel. Rooms were looking a little old and need to be refreshed. Service we received was excellent

The pool area was Devine. The food was amazing, though prices were same as Australia. A fair bit away from anything (except GoKart track) but Gojek and Grab made this no worries!!

At surface level, it looks good but once you get settled in - it’s nothing more than your average hotel that prices itself as a 5-star hotel. The staff was very nice, and the activities available were nice to be able to participate in but the restaurant was over-priced for below-average food (minus the breakfast buffet, that was awesome), the pool was not well-maintained, and it was pretty far from everything.
Royal Tulip is in a good safe area, the staff have been extremely friendly and accommodating every step, would highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice and quiet. Overall the rooms was beautiful but after a closer inspection there were broken things here and there, rust gathering places, etc. Just not quite the 5 star luxury advertised. However for the price of the stay though it was well worth it! We would likely stay here again.

I had a wonderful time very friendly. The spa is perfect. The best part of my visit. I’d love to see them clean the stairs and walkways more. But overall it’s a great experience. The food is amazing.
This is an older property that needs some tlc here and there. Hotel is located in very quiet location and with great access to everything. Hotel restaurant is ok, local cousin is good, western is hit or miss. Brakefast on the other side was very good. Staff is exceptional and always going extra mile to make you feel comfortable. For the money we paid, we have no regrets staying here.

Poorly trained restaurant staff. Front reception staff very pleasant.
Not a great stay to finish our trip to bali. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, they helped were they could but a few pointers and honest feedback. The gym and facilities are terrible, no cold water or towels in the gym. Couldnt even buy still water from the bar, they didnt have any on 3 occasions.
Breakfast is horrendous, dirty tables, cutlery, floor is full of food. very limited options, no basics like porridge, Yoghurts, cant have a coffee from the barista only jug coffee. (I understand that latte, cappuccinos are charable but its standard to be given one with your Breakfast as part of the package, first place ive stayed in bali where you dont get at least one if not all coffees)
bread area is stale, i saw a kid pick up a donut and he didnt want it so a waiter put it back on the tray. Again the staff are kind and friendly but they look rushed around, poorly run.
Positives - beds are clean and comfortable, the rooms are abit dated but clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at times. Laundry was good, picked up and dropped off in same day and reasonably priced.
Overall i wouldnt come back to the hotel or recommend it. But thats just my opinion.
Great resort , I was unhappy with a hotel I booked in Ulluwatu, and changed to Royal Tulip. You are treated like Royalty, stunning resort, beautiful rooms, linen high grade.

Yes location is not central, like you can just walk out the door to restaurants, you need a taxi or bike. But ! To be honest it was worth, resort is huge, it opened my eyes to choosing a high quality resort further away. 30 mins Drive to Single fin Ullawatu , maybe 10-15 mins to Jimbarin beach
Such value for money ! I will be back, so safe , so beautiful, staff are exceptional
