Enjoyed our overnight stay
Pros:

Hyatt Place Bricktown was an awesome property. Friendly service, rooms were immaculate. We were only there one night, but we would stay again next time we're in OKC. A very quiet and serene atmosphere. I got what I paid for and more. Breakfast was hot and had plenty of options.

Excellent choice price wise and location near Bricktown riverwalk
Pros:

Good location, convenient to walk to Bricktown riverwalk. Nice breakfast with cold water and apples in the lobby. Nice rooms with extra nice showers.

Staying again for the convenience!
Pros:

Not as great as the service from other Hyatt properties. But the building, rooms and common areas was very clean and tidy as expected. And it was very nice being in the heart of bricktown. Walking distance to everything!

Perfect location
Pros:

Great location to Bricktown and downtown area, within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile!!!

I loved how friendly the staff was as far as valet and the front desk.

Cons:

The room was not very clean. Bathroom and bed looked as if it was not thoroughly clean. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Great Hotel in the heart of Bricktown
Pros:

This was a great hotel in a very good area. There was a severe storm while we were staying there (not quite a tornado but close in my west coast opinion), and we felt very safe in the hotel. Our only complaints were that their laundry facilities were broken and we needed them, and we weren’t told about the pretty expensive parking fees before we arrived.

Great location in Bricktown
Pros:

Hotel is in a convenient location to restaurants in Bricktown, downtown, and major highways. Room was modern, large, and clean. Hotel common space and outdoor areas were also modern and clean. Definitely recommend!

My expectations were a little high
Pros:

I loved the complimentary breakfast. I also loved the comfort of the beds! The patio area out back was very relaxing. Loved that the pool area had towels in a cabinet in the same indoor area.

Cons:

I didn't like that the hallways were all hot. It felt like no a/c was on. I didn't like that the bathroom door to our room wasn't on track so it couldn't lock. The remote wouldn't turn the TV on. The refrigerator in the room took 24 hrs to get cold.

I didn't like that the "bartender" was rude. No manners. Kept leaving the bar area so we missed her several times.

The patio fireplace wasn't on and wouldn't light. The pool area had about 4 awesome JBL speakers but no music on or way to connect.
