Beautiful, very clean very friendly staff!
Pros:

There was an outdoor seating area around a fireplace that was Beautiful, restraunts within walking distance and the breakfast was Amazing! Bricktown was lit up for Christmas and I stopped by on my walk back from dinner. There was free street parking from 6pm-6am, I paid $1/hour for the extra 2 hours I needed.

Overall, the stay was good except the microwave issue.
Pros:

The staff was nice and the location was really good.

Cons:

I did not like the misrepresentation of saying online that there are microwaves in the rooms because that's not true. The microwaves are in the hallway which is very inconvenient.

Overall it was very comfortable nice staff room was clean great for the price
Pros:

Location was perfect to The Criterion and restaurants and entertainment

Cons:

The only complaint was we were on the third floor and we could hear everything going on outside people walking and talking cars driving by it was like the window was open :( the bar across the street we could hear the base and music inside
The pull out bed the mattress was very thin and sleeping on springs very bad

A Short But Very Pleasant Stay in Downtown OKC.
Pros:

Perfect location for activities in and around Bricktown, an entertainment district in Oklahoma City.

Cons:

Paid parking, my pet peeve when it comes to hotels.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a great value, and I would recommend it to others.
Pros:

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and enjoy nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better.

Cons:

Some areas could use minor updates to feel a bit more modern. There were also occasional noises at night, but nothing that significantly affected our stay.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was excellent! I normally don't stay at Hyatt but am glad I did! The pool felt amazing after traveling all day and the patio with the firepit was a nice surprise because I am a smoker! I would have given it 5 stars had we not had problems BOTH days with the young lady at the front desk!

Cons:

I had gone thru Booking.com to reserve a room for New Year's Eve n New Year n had everything paid for n taken care of, including my service dog, so all we had to do was check in after traveling ALL day! The young lady behind the counter was rude from the get go and it got worse the following day! I retired as a CSR(customer service rep) after 42 yrs and I don't think I've EVER come across someone so rude and unprofessional. She actually told me it "wasn't her problem " at one point..I was livid! Evidently she didn't start at the bottom (scrubbing toilets) like I did because she surely doesn't appreciate her job OR the customers. Hell..it doesn't cost ANYTHING to be nice. Other than that though..we had a wonderful time and will probably go back again
