Dasa Wana Resort

Très spacieux, beau patio avec vue agréable et sans vis-à-vis, belle végétation, quelques animaux de passage (grenouilles, lézards), frigo appréciable, piscine correcte. Jolie micro-plage peu fréquentée à proximité. Dans les moins : petit déjeuner décevant, wifi pathétique, et surtout malheureusement établissement trop proche de la route très fréquentée qui traverse la ville et en conséquence forts bruits de circulation de jour comme de nuit.

Jeg troede jeg havde booket et værelse det viste sig at være et mindre hus ( køkken alrum, soveværelse og bad. Og 2 skønne terrasser) Beliggende lige ved poolen og i den skønneste have. Al personale var venlige. Restaurant på stedet også upåklagelig.

Such friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Delicious food. Lovely gardens.

Quiet great pool friendly staff

Great staff and for us a great location at the southern end of Candidasa. Restaurant has many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was very nice.

Hotel is fully open . . . beautiful garden settings; lovely pool with full day sun. Staff recommended a snorkling trip that was excellent, 2 px IDR 350K. Visit 'Virgin Beach', you'll need a motobike, about 20 minutes from hotel

I am so glad I “discovered” Dasa Wana and decided to stay here my first few nights in Bali (Candidasa)!! This is my third extended trip to Bali - 3 trips, 2 months each, of which most time was spent in, or basing out of, Candidasa. I only wish I’d found this lovely property sooner.

The location has been ideal! It’s on the main road but set back so quiet. I don’t drive a scooter in Bali (yet) & don’t always like to rely on drivers, so walkability is a big deal for me. Dasa Wana is within walking distance of most everything there is to do & see in Candidasa - it’s about a 10 min walk to the lotus lagoon, & another 5-10 min to the little beach at Puri Bagus.

But then, everything you need is right here. The pool is wonderful, & the gardens are stunning! There is a nice little restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch & dinner at great prices. And I’ve even been pampered with 3 massages (for about $10 including tip!) with the “resident masseuse,” Ketut, who is super sweet & offers a very relaxing massage right here on the property.

I liked Dasa Wana so much after my first 4 nights that I booked 2 more times, following side trips to Gili Air & Tapaksiring. Another benefit of staying here on the front & back end of side trips is that the staff stored my large suitcase for no charge, which made traveling to the Gilis & to Ubud much easier & less expensive (by driver/motorbike instead of driver/car).

Above all else, the staff here has been great. I highly recommend!

I loved the secluded feeling amongst the green treed atmosphere even though there were lots of other guests there. Felt relaxed with everything about the place. Next time i go to that town I will stay there.

Bungalows are set back from the road ( . . . peaceful) set in a beautiful garden setting, surrounding the pool

Each unit is nestled in lush surroundings ,area well maintained by friendly ground staff, menu in restaurant is slightly limited and for dinner you notify choice in advance.pool well maintained .
Reception not always manned. suggest notifying resort of arrival time..

Very nice staff. Beautiful setting, lush greenery, nice pool, good breakfast.

The bungalows were roomy and clean, and within a quiet complex, but a short walk to the main Street in Candidasa.
A good place to relax with decent pool and well maintained.

We loved our time here -- the outside dining room was lovely, the food excellent and we did enjoy seeing the monkeys at breakfast time. The pool was well designed and beautifully located in the centre of the resort surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens . Our room was clean and comfortable and very private and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable,

Our favourite hotel in 5 weeks in Bali ! Quiet, full of plants in the garden with a nice swimming pool, great rooms and lovely staff ! Nothing to add, we booked 1 night and finally stayed 4... definitely recommend this place !!

Very secluded place, just away enough from the street so it’s quiet. The rooms are bigger than I’m used to and they living and bed room are separate.

I had many tiny ants in my bungalow, but they didn’t really bother me.

It was perfect , our villa was just right and the staff amazing!

The main area with the dining area overlooking the pool is stunning and is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, which is tended constantly by the ground staff. The room I stayed in was adequate with a separate bedroom with two queen sized beds but only one small cupboard which might be a problem for a longer stay. Only thing I'd suggest it to provide a ceiling fan in the bedroom, as not everyone like aircon on during the night.

The bathroom was a good size and cleaned daily. Water pressure was poor and the hot water took 3 - 4 minutes to come through.

There was a small lounge area with a small kitchen area also provided. I liked that there was a decent sized fridge and fresh drinking water provided in the room.

Wifi in Room 1 was flakey and drop outs common.

The restaurant was very nice, and the serving staff very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel at home straight away, and were always ready with a smile and to provide a helping hand with organising activities, tours and even moto hire. Thanks Melly and Nara in particular, you guys are fantastic!

Overall I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to for anyone wanting a short or long stay on this gorgeous stretch of coast.

Super staff, nice clean pool, on site restaurant is very good for breakfast and dinner (only the curry dish was not the most flavorful though)
