Had a really positive stay at Hyatt House, its my 2nd time back here! Special thank you to Max 刘星权 for going above and beyond.

We did have a small inconvenience with the laundry—unlike some hotels where it’s complimentary, we had to pay coins to use the machines, and unfortunately the dryer didn’t work. After spending hours trying to sort it out late at night, Max stepped in to help us resolve the issue, which made a huge difference and allowed us to finally get some rest.

Really appreciate the support and thoughtfulness—thank you again!

Pros:

Location was great, it's just a 10 min walk to the Hongqiao railway station with access to the metro and high speed trains and is accessible via a footbridge. Its also close to the expo center. The hotel has self service laundry on the 2nd floor for just 30 Chinese Yen, you can wash and dry a full load. I had the breakfast buffet which was great, a lot of variety with both Western and Chinese food. They also have an on-site restaurant that serves lunch and dinner with decent variety including vegetarian options.

Cons:

The menu for room service is limited and I thought the portion sizes were small. I also had trouble communicating what I wanted because of the language barrier but was finally able to get my order in.

空港から近く便利。
部屋はきれいで快適にすごせました。

Cons:

チェックインの時デポジットで中国元4,000をするように言われてしました。
宿泊費の合計が中国元2,796.07なので多すぎると思います。
差額はペイバックしてもらえるのか確認しましたが、何時ペイバックするのか回答がなく不安になります。

Pros:

Spaziosità dell’appartamento (era un Hyatt House). Qualità dell’arredo. Organizzazione del layout. Panorama dalla stanza. L’enorme superficie vetrata verso l’esterno. Vicinanza ai Mall, con molta scelta per quanto riguarda cibo e shopping.

Cons:

La colazione aveva pochissima scelta sulla parte dolce (mancavano per esempio le confetture).
Raggiungere l’hotel dalla stazione di Hongqiao è stato lungo e complicato, perché il passaggio sopraelevato pedonale risultava essere totalmente chiuso (non è comunque colpa dell’hotel.
