The staff’s service
The Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There are free laundry and maximum of 3 pieces per day, which i find it very useful, as i am on a work trip, thus i needed my clothes to be clean and pressed for upcoming meetings and appointments.
When getting Grab car, the taxi have to go down to basement and back up to the level 1 to exit the Hotel, which i would feel a round about dropoff and pickup location would have greatly help the suitation.
The room is comfy. The breakfast was good. The staffs were very helpful and friendly.
The mattresses need to be replaced as there were mostly concave in the centre. Also, it would be nice to have spoons for making drinks in the room instead of a stirrer.
Convenience and hip

Very nice staff and sweet touches with morning note from housekeeping, etc.
Super fijn hotel op goede lokatie in Jakarta. Goede service, aardig personeel, heerlijke bedden en ontbijt. Drinkwatertappunt op elke verdieping.
