Pros:

Solid place to stay at and secure. Friendly staff, umm, I forgot the names but everyone at the breakfast place did great. Solid and big room. I'd stay here again.

Cons:

Kinda far from some things in terms of walking, BUT doable. Breakfast food was great but chaotic at times.

Amazingly enjoyable due to the staff friendliness.
Pros:

Rooms are greatly spacious. Breakfast awesomely delicious. The staffs are super friendly and graciously friendly.

Love the location - walkable

Cons:

I can see there's a pile of dust on top of the wood frame near the ceiling - can tell its never been clean since its opening

The toiletteries could be off of better products please? Considering the price

Breakfast spread selection is kind of soso, but it had good coffee

The view out of window (level 5) is... nothing, and expect the noise from surrounding to seep through at early morning, sounds like elderly woman having concert of her life next door

Pros:

Wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Its central, convenient location is one of the reasons we love it. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant is amazing and they have a great variety of options, special thanks to Ms Nurul who was very helpful.

Would not think twice to stay here if visit Jakarta again

Family vacation in Central Jakarta
Pros:

Resty in our breakfast table is super knowledgeable about Indonesian Jamu (health drink). She makes our breakfast experience memorable. Killa too had been welcoming. Also Hani helped our kids in cupcake decorating event, which they really enjoyed.

Overall, the breakfast experience made the big difference in our trip!

I had a great experience at Aloft Jakarta Wahid Hasyim, definitely my go-to hotel whenever I visit Jakarta for business or leisure. The staff is extremely friendly & accommodating. Thank you to Rey & the rest of the team (whose names I unfortunately can't recall) for being so kind & helpful.

What a lovely breakfast experience. Surely comeback!!

Comfort food with a super excellent service! Big thanks for kakak Selin and Hani (Honey(?)) who makes our breakfast experience seamless 🥰 they are attentive and energetic. will surely comeback for the experience when I visit JKT.

Great stay but not value for money
Pros:

Great location, staff service was impeccable, room was huge and had a great view, bed was extremely comfortable, excellent breakfast variety

Cons:

Wifi was super poor, not good value for money compared to the other hotels which are more luxurious.

Excellent service and facilities.
Pros:

We stayed here for 4 days had breakfast in the Nook restaurant. They have very good customer service especially Miss Seta. They were friendly, helpful and forthcoming in their services. We Hope to come here again when we visit Jakarta.
