The pictures on th website make the hotel look much bigger and grander than it actually is. While the reception staff were very kind, and the suite, which was about 300 sq m and very affordably-priced, was spacious and clean, there was a missing TV in the living area and the bathroom tap was loose. Whatever windows the suite had, opened out into small air wells, so there was no view, and any noise from the adjoining rooms filtered right in even when the windows were open ever io slightly for ventilation. My stay here taught me one thing about Istanbul — even though the city centre seems very compact and the hotel was located slightly off the main road smack between Osmanbey and Taksim metro stations (a 10-minute walk either way) — visitors need to be extra careful in ascertaining a hotel's precise location because once you wander two blocks or two streets in the wrong direction, you might find yourself in a seedy neighbourhood. That said, I found it helpful that there was a dry cleaners/laundromat almost directly opposite the hotel entrance, as well as a telco store where I could easily find a Turkcell SIM card. I found myself making sure I was back at the hotel before sundown. Visitors might feel much safer staying in Fatih/Sultanamehmet near the Spice Bazaar, or in Beyoglu, on or near Bogazkesen Cd or Yeni Cars, or within the Galataport hotels.

First we arrived on the 13th of August after the official time for check in. room was ready but oops when we checked the room it was not ours it was the lowest category while we've booked the penthouse with terrace we came back to reception to ask the same person called Emre, he was so rude and diarespectful and told us we dont have penthouse available because of system in an angry way, he said today stay in this room and tomorrow they will check for penthouse availability. We asked for booking cancellation and full refund and guess what?! The penhouse was suddenly available after 2 hours and we said we are tired from travelling we need to sleep, they promised after 30 mins to be ready and still it took them 2 hrs.
Housekeeping is not too good they keep forgetting replenishing water and not clea
On the 3rd day of our stay we woke up with footsteps and drilling noise above us which was apparently maintenance at 7:00 am
Overall staff are rude and they try to give you whatever room available and breakfast is very very bad.
Again i still wanna say something positive which is location close to taksim but there are hundrends of hotels around same location.
And again when we were talking to receptionist "Emre" staff he was disrespectful putting hid hands in his pockets and he was speaking english the first day but that day he acted like he cannot understand us and as i asked for manager he just mentioned the word vacation and he left us with another staff member.
Curtains and

Stated that 'disability friendly' but you could not get into the hotel, as there is about ten stairs and no rail. Had to be carried downstairs and upstairs, which was a horrible and undignified experience. The economy is in the basement with no windows. The owner changed our room to the fourth floor but the air convector in the bathroom could not be switched off. They came to fix it but could not, so we had to endure the noise all through the night. Communication is not good, as they don’t let you know, what is happening. We asked for a 2am call, to get ready for the airport. They called us at 2.10am. Lucky that we set the alarm. I would not recommend this hotel, as they are not professional and lack people’s skills, plus they don’t tell you the truth.

Was very bad stay in B1 floor!!!? I’m in shock. Toilet and bathroom and towel was so dirty.
I asked way B1!!? And they just answered because another room is fool and don’t refund my payment. I was thinking to go to another hotel.

Most important thing was the hotel was not clean, I found bed bug on the bed, when we asked to change the room they mention the hotel was fully booked, we left the hotel and they didn't refund us.
Staff were rude and impolite including the hotel manager, please avoid dealing with this hotel.

Lovely little hotel in the Taksim area. Excellent location for the Istanbul Congress Centre (less than 5 minutes walk).
I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment - plenty of room and nice sized bathroom with an excellent shower.
Staff are nice and the included breakfast is simple but a good way to start the day.
Only complaint is that pots and cooking utensils aren’t provided - no point having a kitchenette if you can’t cook

This is a newly built building (the actual name is Beyzas Suits not Beyzas Hotel). The rooms are clean and all have modern decoration. Overall I think it was worth the money. There were two things that prevent me from giving it 5/5.
1. The first issue was related to the receptionist. The receptionist was so rude. I have been to many hotels and that was my worst check-in experience (I have to say that only one of them was like that and the other receptionist was a nice guy).
2. The second issue was that our room was on the back side of the building so there was not much light. The windows had no view (almost half of the suits are like this).
