Very clean, large tv, great location, nice staff
The valet was full, parking was hard the find. The buildings kinda run together and couldn’t figure out which one was right at the beginning. And for some reason we didn’t have access to the pool
Was in town for the Cherry Blossom 10 miler. The hotel is located on the DC waterfront. Very nice location. Lots of resturants at the Wharf. Gets busy and parking can be challenging. Garage 1 said it was full but like the cars in front me we ignored the signage. I meandered around to near the exit and found several spots near the elevator to the hotel. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor to check in. G just takes you to the waterfront. Check team were excellent. Room was very clean and large. Make sure your room does not face the street. No sound isolation at all. Every ambulance and the youngsters kept the noise levels high until 3:30 am. So sleep quality gets a 2. I was on the 5th floor. Would I stay here again. Yes. But only if I could guarantee a room not on the main street.
Location
Location was great
Reserved a 2 Queen room, but was told "sold out" when we got there. Got upgraded to a King suite, but really needed the two beds. As you know, the sofa bed is highly uncomfortable for an adult.
A localização é fabulosa, fica na zona nova da cidade, com imensos restaurantes e a 5 min a pé do metro. Os funcionários que nos atenderam no check-in e no check-out foram super simpáticos.
Property is lovely prime lively location and very clean.
The breakfast was not very good. It’s not that they didn’t serve nice things. It just was not good quality and therefore, meh, for adults. Only sugary cereals offered, limited fresh fruit, and eggs were powered each morning and unappetizing. Staff were friendly and polite everywhere. The location is above a concert venue. There was a concert each night that we stayed and the noise from the concert crowd, and partying was very loud each night until the early morning hours, with even louder police presence as the crowds seemed rowdy. We were traveling with young children and did not like this.
Charlie was great one of the best attendants here. Thank you for a great experience
The riverfront view on the Wharf. Easy to get to other attractions in Washington.
I hated to leave...it was such a nice visit to Washington.
Charlie!!!!! Charlie was the man checking us in! This is my birthday weekend and I for got to book connecting rooms! Not only did Charlie get us connecting rooms but he also upgraded the rooms!! Nothing but amazing!!
It was on the wharf. Had plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable
The wifi was terrible. Their breakfast was awful. Eggs were like rubber. There was no milk for cereal. They did not replenish the food quickly. Not too many choices. We had to go on the wharf for a breakfast place. Also wished there was lotion for one of the bathroom amenities. Ice machine was broken.
Great location with alot of restaurants. The waterfront is beautiful.Hotel staff were really nice and helpful. Nita at the bar is the sweetest and she makes great drinks. Loved the fish market!
We had to call housekeeping a few times during our stay for additional sheets, blanket and pillow for the pull out bed which took longer than expected to be delivered.
