I think no complementary water
Nice room.
The coffee was awful and the breakfast was on repeat the days we were there.
We had 3 in our room and it was really tight with only 2 barstools.
I like the staff ..all friendly I loved our room

Great location, great staff, rooms were a little small, but very nice and functional and had everything you needed, with an exceptional bathroom, and of course everything was very clean!!
Hotel ran out of bottled water some time Saturday and still didn't have any Monday morning,.
The staff was really incredible. Very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Nice breakfast as well. Perfect location.

The breakfast and morning staff was amazing. Great breakfast selection for vegetarian, non pork, and pork lovers. The room was clean, enough room with a great sitting area. The location was perfect.
I didn't like the front desk guy named Charlie. He was a bit smug. He greeted us with a rude tone, over luggage storage. Upon paying for the room online I sent the hotel a message asking if they offered luggage storage in which they confirmed they did and offered it upon my arrival. Instead of Charlie confirming our stay and accepting our luggage he decided to interrogate me with unnecessary questions. I stepped aside to lock my 2 bags a white family of 8 checked their bags no problem no questions. Everyone else was great. I didn't like the $250 charge for accidental insurance that was placed on my card before I could check in. Booking.com does not show this charge. it's not included in the hotel information sent after booking is complete.
The Hyatt House is wonderful! It’s in a great location near several restaurants and activities. I really enjoyed my stay here. Senessie was very helpful!
Pleasantly surprised with Hyatt House on the Wharf - took advantage of the complimentary breakfast everyday I was there. Gym is great. Incredible views of the Washington Channel/Potomac. Also had access to some great running routes - not too far from the National Mall and the great monuments! Shoutout to Senessie for being a great receptionist and the lovely service
