Great hotel for a short stay in Zurich.
Pros:

Centrally located and close to bus and train stops. Nice staff and hotel has a lift for moving luggage in.

Cons:

No air conditioning but fans were provided.

Buena ubicación pero deben mejorar los servicios, sobre todo la atención en el desayuno.

Buena ubicación y personal de recepción agradable y de buen trato

Cons:

El desayuno no cumplió las expectativas. No había personal atendiendo, los huevos y el bacon estaban fríos, mi hijo necesita alimentos sin lactosa y no disponían de ninguna alternativa, ni de leche siquiera. La misma persona que atendía la recepción estaba a cargo del desayuno en una planta distinta del edificio.
