המלון הכי מושלם בסאפה
Pros:

מלון מושלם!! חדרים גדולים, מטופח ונקי בכל פינה. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת ומסעדה איטלקית באתר מאוד מומלצת. אבל מעל הכל מנהל וצוות נהדרים שעשו מעל ומעבר להנעים עלינו את השהות.

Cons:

עבורנו זה היה יתרון אבל.. המלון מעט מרוחק מההמולה של מרכז סאפה. יש שאטל שלוקח ומחזיר את האורחים נסיעה של מספר דק.

Nydelig hotell i vakre omgivelser!
Pros:

Vi opplevde svært god service ved dette hotellet! Rommene var lyse og rene, og selve hotellet er nydelig både på utsiden og innsiden. Hotellet ligger bare en 10 minutters spasertur unna sentrum av Sapa, og hotellet tilbyr gratis shuttle buss til faste tidspunkt. Vi var svær fornøyd med frokosten, som kunn tilby et stort utvalg ulike alternativer.

Ein wunderschöne, gepflegte Hotelanlage in einer traumhaften Umgebung.
Pros:

Von A bis Z ein super Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und ruhig, das Personal sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben das Frühstückbuffet, das Spa Erlebnis und den Afternoon Tea besonders genossen.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum, für und war das aber überhaupt kein Problem. Man läuft ca. 15-20 Minuten ins Zentrum oder kann sich für den Hotel-Shuttlebus kostenlos anmelden.

Tutto perfetto! Relax totale
Pros:

Servizio ottimo, gentilezza dello staff, hotel molto bello e incantevole. Ottimo per rilassarsi e godersi Sapa. Un 5 stelle come si deve! Colazione super ampia e deliziosa. C'è di tutto da mangiare e se hai altre esigenze le soddisfano subito. Ottimo il biliardo.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was a good spread and the room was huge and classy. It is a very nice hotel with lots of areas to explore.

Cons:

The location is not ideal though they have a shuttle bus that takes you to the square and back. However, there is a timing to follow and you have to book 30 min prior.

Tout était parfait.
L’hôtel est un peu plus loin du centre que les autres hôtels mais il y a une navette gratuite qui fait les A/R.

Luxury in the mountians
Pros:

This hotel was exceptional - the perfect place to unwind and relax after the Ha Giang loop, or just to enjoy the views in luxury. We would never be able to stay in a place like this back in Europe so we were very excited and it lived up to the expectation and more. Every minute detail was covered in the room and hotel, the breakfast exceptional, the staff brilliant, it was just a great experience.

Cons:

Only small issue is you have to pay for steam room & sauna, around 250k VND. I thought with the price of the property it’d be included, but that was all.

Pros:

Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet is of good spread and variety.

Cons:

Location is not near Sapa Square. Hotel does provide free shuttle to and fro on an hourly basis. Need to make reservation in advance.

Pros:

Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Food in the restaurant was very good. Only problem there is that they kept trying to get me to eat the "Western" food when I wanted local flavor.

Cons:

Except in the one restaurant I ate in there never seemed to be anyone manning the other bars, the store in the hotel or the tea/coffee lounge.

Perfect hotel for a calm stay in sapa
Pros:

Perfect location a bit outside of the busy center but a free shuttle is provided by the hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and quiet. The view from our room was lovely.
The staff is very helpful.
