Pros:

Property was amazing but don’t stay here if you’re under 50. The advertised cocktail bar didn’t exist and the cafe closed early. Very little to do otherwise

One of the best properties to stay at.

The staff was excellent—daily they treated us like family and always suggested where we could go. One lady (I forgot her name) was always everywhere, saying hello and helping us. She was very welcoming.

Breakfast was also great, with many options like noodles, pasta, cakes, dumplings, and juices. The coffee was very good too. The staff was always happy to tell you about any dish if you wanted to know.

The room was fantastic—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The best part was that during our stay, the tea set was free, and they even provided fruits as a welcome gesture.

Honestly, I can’t praise the staff enough.

The location was also good—not right in the center, but still close enough to reach within about 10 minutes by cab. They also offer a free shuttle every hour.

Cons:

When we arrived at the property, it was very early in the morning, and we were traveling with our 4-year-old baby.

At that time, I thought that if we had asked for a room that was available, they could at least provide it until the actual check-out time. However, they were charging a lot of money for that.

I felt they should offer a small concession in the room price since we had a baby who was sleeping, and we were tired after the night journey. I also saw in some reviews that they had done room upgrades for other guests.

Still, we understand it’s a business, and it can’t run on emotions.

A great spot to explore the area and have a relax
Pros:

This hotel is a great spot for a few days relaxation. The attentive staff, quiet room, amazing bed and great facilities made for a wonderful stay. From the buffet breakfast to the great sleeps we had, we loved everything about this hotel and would come back anytime.

Pros:

Lovely stay - very attentive staff. It was my friends birthday while we stayed and they left a little surprise for her in the room which was appreciated.
