An exceptional stay with outstanding hospitality
Pros:

The place is exceptional. The staff and the facilities are amazing.

Cons:

The water could be complementary (apart from the two small bottles). Since the hotel is on a hill it’s difficult to get water bottle every now and then

מלון מעולה, חדרים גדולים (אנחנו היינו בחדר משפחה שזה 2 חדרים עם דלת מקשרת). מיטות ענקיות, נוחות. מרפסת עם נוף להרים. הכל נקי. בריכה מקורה 7:00-22:00 וחדר כושר חופשי. ארוחת בוקר מעולה, ירקות, פירות, מאפים, מקר וייטנאמי, עמדת חביתות וביצים, עמדת פנקייקים/בלינצסים/וופל בלגי ועוד
הצוות נעים, בחורה בקבלה הייתה מאוד נחמדה ועזרה.
יש גם מסעדה איטלקית לארוחת ערב - טיפה יקרה בממדים של ויטנאם (ועדיין 200 ש״ח ל4 אנשים עם שתיה זה ממש זול) אבל ממש טעימה, ילדים עפו על פסטות ופיצה.

Cons:

טיפה מרוחק מהמרכז אבל יש שאטלים בחינם וזה מאוד נוחים (גם הלוך וגם חזור) פשוט שולחים הודעה בווטסאפ ומתאמים.

The perfect oasis getaway.
Pros:

The herb bath and spa facilities were amazing! Although my booking didn’t include breakfast I added it on and I’m so pleased I did, it was delicious! The perfect oasis.

Cons:

The food and drink is costly but that is to be expected in a 5 star hotel.

Everything. Property is amazing. Location too

Cons:

Just one thing. We came back from Fansipan and asked if we can have our complimentary afternoon tea,time was 5.10pm. They said no,as afternoon tea is till 5pm. Just 10 min.
In general still some things to improve in customer service
