The hospitality at this resort is exceptional, Steve and Julie were attentive and caring, especially after I arrived feeling ill from motion sickness. The staff went above and beyond and anticipated our needs. Julie explained all the attractions and set up our village trekking tour for us which was fantastic. The hotel itself is immaculate and stunning, the views the location offers are breathtaking and the free shuttle service makes it convenient to go to town and while allowing you stay away from the noise of the city. I can honestly say I have not received better service at any other hotel in the world that ive been to. If I ever return to Sapa I will be staying here again.
