We loved everything about this hotel. The decor was amazing.
It was perched on top of hill overlooking Sa Pa and the mountains.
Breakfast was superb and a lovely gentleman who was often behind the eggs and pancakes counter was excellent at making sure we were always looked after.
There was a free shuttle to and from town which was also a great addition.
One of the best places we stayed in Vietnam.
Swimming pool was a little on the cool side.
Gorgeous hotel, beautiful views, luxurious
The Silk Path is an oasis of peace away from the bustle of Sapa Town. Beautiful views from the deck. Julie made the stay even better. Gave us suggestions on how and what to see and arranged a car to take us to a few out of town sites for one day. Breakfast is good. They have a free shuttle to take you in and out of town. Less than ten minutes. I'd highly recommend.
This hotel impresses on every level. Its fantastic location makes it an ideal base, while the property itself stands out for its beautiful, stylish design and exceptional attention to detail. Every space is thoughtfully decorated, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere throughout.
The rooms are very comfortable and elegantly appointed, offering both style and relaxation. Dining is a true highlight, with two outstanding restaurants serving exceptionally delicious food in a refined and beautiful setting.
What truly elevates the experience is the service: the staff are consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Special mention goes to the managing director, who is highly present and ensures that every guest feels personally cared for.
An all-around excellent hotel that delivers both quality and charm.
Everything! We got an upgraded room and it was so gorgeous and had a beautiful balcony. The room was beautifully decorated, the staff gave us a welcome fruit platter, the staff would return on evenings to prepare the room for sleeping. The bathroom had a shower and tub. We honestly were so overwhelmed by just how large and beautiful our room was. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely stunning so make sure to explore! The staff is so kind and helpful. Definitely my favorite hotel we stayed at for all of our Vietnam trip.
We liked everything!
Alles
Beautiful facilities that were clean, well maintained, and visually stunning. The staff was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was great as well, with a good selection and a satisfying start to each day. Overall, a fantastic experience!
The property is gorgeous. The breakfast was astounding! Multiple fresh juices daily, egg bar, crepes. Plus so much else. The afternoon tea was such a pleasant surprise. Really loved this place.
Best hotel in Vietnam hands down
Prachtig hotel met veel grandeur
Exceptional hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. The hotel is impeccable in every way, from the rooms to the grounds. Food was also very good.
Absolutely nothing
Amazing all around! I arrived in total fog, and it was suggested I go to the local spa, which was amazing!
Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The room was beautiful, spotless, comfortable. Tranquil.
Only thing was the fog, which means I’ll just have to come back!
Beautiful hotel, amazing views and very friendly and accomodating staff. The breakfast was amazing and the pool was fabulous!
Nothing, it was fabulous!
A great location to unwind and get away from the hustle of the city. It was spacious and comfortable. Love the balcony space that is perfect for just spending time by yourself.
Nil.
Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.
