Hat alles gepasst, wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick und einer Terrasse.

Es übertraf unsere Erwartungen.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung inkl. Klimaanlage, das freundliche und professionelle Team sowie die Lage hat uns ausserordentlich gefallen. Wir werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage ist top das Personal hervorragend und die Aussicht einfach wow immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Der Ausblick war wundervoll und das Bett war so bequem. Ich hab wirklich sehr gut geschlafen im Grossen und Ganzen Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war sehr komfortabel und die Aussicht am Abend und durch den Tag einfach wow.

Cons:

Agnes, im grossen Ganzen war alles hervorragend super ausser beim Morgen Buffet. Das Frühstück war jetzt nicht so gross und man hatte auch nicht zu viel Auswahl. Es war o. k. und hat einfach gepasst. Aber hätte natürlich gerne mehr Auswahl gehabt mit dieser wundervollen Aussicht.

Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Personal sehr nett.
Die Lage sehr schön und zentral .

Cons:

Leider hatte es beim Frühstück keine gute
Schweizerkäse. Es waren nur Käsescheiben die man von den Hotels im Ausland gewohnt ist.

Wunderbar gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Restaurant und direkter Seesicht
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den See und einer grossen Terrasse. Das Zimmer war zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück hat uns gut geschmeckt und auch das Abendessen war wirklich lecker. Hotelgäste erhalten 10% Rabatt. Service war sehr gut.

Wunderbarer Kurzaufenthalt am Festivalwochenende
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Ascona ist nicht gross, daher erreicht man alle Läden und Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle und den Hafen gut zu Fuss. Sehr gut und praktisch eingerichtet, gutes Frühstück mit Früchten, Ei und Müesli. Wir waren zum Jazzfestival da und entsprechend wurde noch nach Mitternacht Musik gespielt. Das war für uns ok und so erwartet. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, sollte sich vor der Buchung nach den Festen und Konzerten am See erkundigen. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Restaurant am Abend zum Dinner hat noch Luft nach oben. Die Bedienung ist super nett und das Ambiente stilvoll und gemütlich, aber die Küche leider durchschnittlich. Es hatte den Eindruck, dass die Zutaten eher aus Grosspackungen und Dosen kamen als frisch zubereitet. Aber ist ja alles Geschmacksache. Wir sind dann zum Essen an den anderen Tagen woanders hin, was für uns wesentlich besser war.

Hôtel familial très agréable ! Très bien situé au bord du lac. Chambre confortable avec climatisation et ventilateurs. Le personnel est à l’écoute. Un très bon séjour!

Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück
Sehr gutes Restaurant, sehr freundlicher Service. Bis auf unten, perfekt.

Cons:

Auf dem Nachbarbalkon wurde Zigarre geraucht, sehr unangenehm, wir konnten deshalb den Balkon nicht so nützen, wie gedacht.
