Gold Coast Family Cottages rents weekly Saturday to Saturday from July 1st to August 31st. Daily reservations are open a week prior from the stay date for July 1st to August 31st, but are always open from September 1st to June 30th.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The fire pit was cool to have and swing set was cool.
In the shower, there is some sort of stain that was left un cleaned . In the refrigerator all of the shelves in the door were dirty/sticky. The TV upon arrival was off of the mount. We were under the impression while booking that we were getting a beach view from our room.
Liked the location. It was close to Lake Huron and downtown. The size was perfect for a family of 4. I enjoyed they officed cable.
Inside could use some updating. Nothing that I disliked about the place.

It was a beautiful space. It was right on the water. Too bad it was freezing cold outside or I would have loved to sit on the deck outside. There was a full kitchen too so I could cook for kids and not order out.

Loved the location it is on the shore of lake Huron and saw some beautiful sunrises from the beach.
Could have been a little better ventilated. Smoke from one of the other units was getting into ours. Not a big deal to us, but it may be for some.
It was roomy and spacious, liked the two separate bedrooms.
Couch and beds were hard as a rock, very uncomfortable.
Unit was not on the lakefront due to confusion on the Booking app. over which units were facing the lake.
Nice location. Lake view was awesome! Relaxing and romantic getaway for couple and families who needs a break..

My weekend experience was amazing with my friends and family. We booked 13 cottages and had a dinner on the beach. Everything was amazing. Some rooms are a little smaller than others so they may need to put more pictures on their website and looks better in person. We’re definitely going back.go Friendly staff and very clean. We didn’t realize to drop shoes in bucket outside of the door until therefore we don’t track sand indoors… noted!

Cable TV did not work all the time and the stove did not work ( no instructions how to lite).
John is always available. Love the location. Family enjoys being there.
