Parfait.
Pros:

Tout était parfait, emplacement, services, personnel agréable et serviable.
Pas trop loin d’une station de métro

Hôtel haut de gamme mais très abordable financièrement, et avec un personnel très professionnel
Pros:

L'hôtel est de grand standing, le personnel est très poli et particulièrement serviable. Les chambres sont très confortables, bien équipées, la vue sur le parc géniale. Bref un excellent séjour.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est très abondant mais pas assez renouvelé surtout pour un séjour de +5j, toujours les mêmes plats et cependant pas vraiment de proposition pour un petit déjeuner continental bien que l’hôtel se dise HOTEL INTERNATIONNAL. Et enfin, le niveau d’anglais est très décevant, oblige d’utiliser le traducteur, là aussi pour ce niveau de prestations, les employé/es réception devraient parler anglais.

Need To Get Your Aircon sorted
Pros:

Lovely Hotel Shame Customer Service Not Great Asked For Someone To Fix Aircon which Was just Blowing warm Air round the room No one Came To Repair Faulty System So Three very warm nights .And I was not the only client with this problem in the hotel

Lovely experience
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, immaculately clean and with the most helpful staff we encountered whilst touring China.
We also had a couple massage in the spa. We travel quite a bit and have had massages in many different countries but this one was The Best we have ever experienced.

Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel quality. At first glance it is the typical Chinese upscale hotel covered in way too much marble, but unlike so many of those I have experienced over the years, the beds were comfortable, not rock hard; the breakfast buffet had both western and Chinese options; the rooms were spacious and well appointed; and the bathrooms were spacious and practical. I was glad for the comfort of the stay and wouldn't mind returning.

Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations. From the room, facilities and the beautiful surrounding area - provides excellent value for money for a 5 star hotel. The service was exceptional and friendly - even if there is a language barrier, the staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Also the best buffet breakfast I've ever experienced!
