Pros:

small hotel for local travelling business people and technicians, catering to mostly Thais but for a foreigner on short stay there also recommended. All necessities provided with a big fridge in the room. Breakfast basic but for such a small hotel already more than expected. Friendly and helpful staff, cheap and clean. Ample of parking space.

Cons:

surrounding area has very bad roads, also eateries and pubs are sparce, traffic is horrendous at some day/nighttimes. NOT THE FAULT OF THE HOTEL but of local officials.
