Pros:

The staff were helpful and understanding, right into the middle of the city, the room was really beautiful and clean

Cons:

The location

Cons:

The air-conditioning was leaking, soaking the couch so I wasn’t able to use that part of the apartment

The bedroom fan was broken along with the light so I could only use the 2 lamps by the bed side tables

The construction obstructed my view and was very loud morning and night even tho that was the soul purpose of upgrading to a room with a balcony

Overall the stay was lacklustre and very disappointing, however the staff who issued me a 100 dollar refund were very sweet and cooperative

Place was nice good location, the main area has aircon but the rooms don’t and woke up in patches of sweat from how hot

Cons:

One of the receptionists made a huge mistake and treated me like shit for her own doing. She treated me like a criminal and I did absolutely nothing wrong. Don’t know her name but she’s a horrible human

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Was a great place to stay, been recommending to everyone!!

Cons:

The toilet had an issue where it stopped refilling, fixed it myself and started to refill, but not sure if I fixed it permanently or temporarily. Either way, it was a bit awkward going to the toilet and not able to flush for a while.

Smelly. Very smelly.
Pros:

Staff were excellent and helpful.

Cons:

We arrived (and there was a bit of a weird smell in the corridor) and immediately headed out for dinner, when we returned to the room there was a strong stench of sewerage. We called reception, they weren't able to move us but without any fuss refunded the room cost.
