The view was good and close to where we needed

Cons:

The male teception staff and the way he spoke about customers and the swearing was beyond a joke. Also the female receptionist we had didnt comprehend we couldnt use the carpark, the bed was 2 singles put together and the seam of them dug into our sides.

Pros:

Central location and the car park was easily accessible although finding approved parking took longer than expected. Reception was easy to find and to check in. Check out was also easy as there was a key-drop box exiting the car park. While there is aircon in the lounge, no aircon in the bedroom.

Cons:

The rooms and hotel are very dated, while they have been recently painted it does not change that you're paying a premium price for a below average room. The bed (king) was two singles pushed together that had different firmness and could feel where they met in the middle. No remote for TV in the bedroom and couldn't get the TV in the lounge to work. Functional bathroom but the shower water temperature varied repeatedly. There is a lot of construction nearby that is completing night works and can be heard clearly in the room. During our stay there was a planned water outage that was not mentioned until time of check in.

Clean and tidy. Relatively good location
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

It was unfortunate there was road works occurring and we had no water on our final nights stay for showers before we went to the airport.
Didn’t like that my daughter couldn’t check into the room and had to wait in the lobby for an hr while we came from the airport.
