Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

I didn't stay, it was awful there.
Pros:

Absolutely NOTHING. I didn't even end up staying and had to move hotels. Now I'm having a very difficult time getting my refund.

Cons:

EVERYTHING. This place was terrible.
