Chengdu Airport Jianguo Hotel

My flight got delayed and I arrived at the airport after 1pm, shortly after I called the front desk, the shuttle arrived to pick me up. The front desk lady and the driver were very nice. The room was clean and spacious. I had a very good stay. Thank you.

Room is clean and spacious at a fair price. Staff of this hotel are really helpful and delivery outstanding customer service. Mr. Rong Li from the transportation department who got me to the airport safely is exceedingly kind and friendly. Beyond expectation!

Friendly staff, clean and well presented hotel amenities.

Hotel was close to the airport. When we got to the airport we had the help desk cal the hotel and send over the free shuttle. When we got to the hotel check in was easy however staff spoke very little english. Room was really nice and clean. Free shuttle back to airport.

We had some difficulty finding the airport shuttle as there is another airport hotel with nearly the exact same name with a shuttle which stops at the exact same place that our airport shuttle was supposed to stop. Be careful if you book this hotel and need the shuttle services that the shuttle has the exact name of the hotel on the side! The hotel isn't too close to the airport (Google maps says 2.4km but we believe it was further), however, the shuttle service is very convenient and included in your stay. The lobby has a very 90s feel to it and the staff had limited English, but we were able to communicate, and our room was extremely comfortable and clean, exactly what we needed. Wifi seemed ok, and we did not have breakfast at the hotel so we can't say how good it was. The staff were nice and efficient!

Very courteous and professional staff. I had to rebook because of a delayed flight and no problems or extra charge. The staff were a bit nervous dealing with a foreigner but my limited Mandarin made everyone relax. 12.00am checkin. 2.00pm checkout. 2 hours in hotel business centre. Just wonderful. Thans to everyone at Jianguo Hotel. Now it's my hotel of choice in Chengdu

The first time stayed in the hotel. The conditions are excellent and services are consistent and thoughtful. Professionals are helpful and welcoming. Shuttle to airport may set upon your travel schedule. The driver Li Rong is good assistance.

My first time to stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient and the room was clean. Loved the breakfast as well. Xiaoxu and Jiahui at the front desk were exceptional. They were very patient and helped me plan my trip to the final destination. I would like to give a five star to their service. Highly recommended.

The staff are friendly. Good location for those who want to go to the airport fast. As with most hotels in China most of the staff can’t speak English except for one or two. However, they use a Mandarin-English translation app which can get the messages across.

The only thing that i was not pleased about was that we checked in 7 am and had to check out 2 pm.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. They had a large layout catering to all taste. Room was big as was the bed and bathroom. Had thick bathrobes also. Room well appointed with furnishings.

I choose it mainly for the free airport shuttle so I am will not face stress in my outbound flight.
The rest is secondary considering it is only a one night stopover.

Knowing that I would land late at around 11pm, I called the front desk ahead of time to make sure I could get picked up from the airport. I did not have a Chinese phone number for them to call me back but the staff and driver made sure I got picked up smoothly (they told me to wait at Gate 11 at the departure level and their vehicle was easy to identify). The shuttle from the hotel to the airport is also free and runs every 30 minutes. My driver Mr. Chen Jian was punctual and hospitable. I also appreciate the variety and food quality of the free breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel for whoever needs a short stay close to the airport.

Overall really nice and comfortable. As a plus we loved the room service robot.

The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. The service was a ten out of ten. The facilities were very clean and modern and the breakfast had a fairly wide selection of chinese and western options. I didnt want to leave.

The hotel includes breakfast, however, we had a really early flight. As a result, we would have to leave for the airport before they started serving breakfast. To my surprise, they offered us an evening meal/snack in lieu of breakfast. In terms of location, it's a good hotel if you need a place to spend the night near the airport, however, there's not much in the area.
