Pros:

Great location, difficulty in communication
Pros:

The accommodation was central and new. The food was very tasty, especially the traditional Mongolian dishes. The rooms were spacious.

Cons:

Although the staff were willing and polite, not all of them spoke English, and overall there were communication issues. When we checked into the room, there was a large stain on the bed’s duvet. Due to the communication difficulties, it took them three days to replace. And although they changed our towels daily, they always left us with fewer than we needed. We also had trouble communicating regarding the payment, as they were not very familiar with the Booking system.

宮殿調の外見で、私の好みではなかったですが、ロケーションや値段を考えて選びました。スタッフはとても気さくで親切。朝食も普通によかったし、何よりも客室が清潔だったのが最高でしたた。

Could be better
Pros:

The location was all there is to it.

Cons:

Gym facility was not available. AC was turned off. Asked to turn it on but was told it will not be available until summer.
Breakfast served only at 7:00 am.

Pros:

A hotel that was built in a fairly grand style but is now a little tired and run down. However, it is clean, the WiFi was good and the bed was comfortable. It was located out of the centre a bit but only about 5 minutes from where I worked at the shangri la and about 10 minutes walk to the main square
