Cleanliness
Pros:

Kitchen and cleaning staff were friendly and responsible enough.

Cons:

* Bad smell generally in the room. * We were provided with a room where the washroom tap was not working, and we asked for a change in room. We were then provided a room just beside their storeroom and what appeared to doubled up as a laundry area. There was constant noise from there, and we had to endure pounding noises from the upper floor until about 11pm. Reception needs more training in offering a warm reception instead of maintaining a cold attitude.
