Great location and guest spaces but check-in information could be improved
Pros:

Great location.
The coffee/tea machine that we could use for free was great.
They also provide wine glasses + coffee cups in the room and there's a fridge, which great.
The terrace was nice although with small improvements it could be even nicer and cozier.

Cons:

The 8 and 9 October there were fantastic celebrations in Valencia, unfortunately nobody told us about it, what a pity! We saw the last part of the parade on 9 October by chance but totally missed the popular dances on 8 October. It would be really nice if the staff would inform the guests during the checkin if something special is going on in the city.
On Booking it says "24 hours front desk" but in fact there is someone only during a couple of hours in the morning/evening.
