White Sand Hotel

Orbitz doesn’t care if you actually get the service or not they just take your money.

The hotel doors were locked! Neighbour shopowner told me the hotel has been closed for three weeks.
I am lucky I did not make a payment in advance.
Still I worry about the creditcard information I had to fill in.

Amazing staff and food

Mold and dirty bath room. My wife threw up. Paid chipping off in room. Two hr wait form 2:30 Pm to 4:30 PM to check in. No towels, roaches in room. Broken light switch, refrigerator not working.

Les lavabo et baignoire ont de grosses traces d'usure et sont cassés par endroit. Il n'y avait pas de drap de dessus. Comme la porte de la chambre surplombe un patio contenant la cuisine d'un restaurant, il y a eu du bruit jusqu'à 1h du matin. Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant et l'établissement est accessible par métro (15mn à pieds) notamment pour rejoindre ensuite l'aéroport.

For the price that I paid the stay was nice. Friendly people and helpful.

The hotel is good just for its position in the middle of Deira area, few minutes from both the airport and the downtown by metro.
The room was just cleaned but dirty anyway, poor furniture, many cockroaches seen, bed sheets old and not well cleaned.
The staff was nice and willing to help the customer, but I wouldn't recommend this hostel unless your budget for the vacation is very low.

Horrible (10×) was the worst hotel I ever slept on - spent 1 night - had to cancel the 6 nights

My experience was comfortable and easy place to find no rigorous procedures at all.

It’s ok and nothing more no parking. Very old i didn’t find a competitive price

Det er en faktisk dårligt hotel, badversæt var dårligt og sengen var også rigtigt dårligt, døren kunne ikke lukke!!! Personalet er måske Ok Kun hotelstedet er OK!

old hotel with very basic amenities. Location is near the naif market and closest metro station is baniyas square.

incredibly bad. When I came there to check in and gave them my passport the receptionist told me I was at the wrong hotel. I showed him the confirmation email but he still insisted I was at the wrong hotel. After him making a few calls he found out that I had made a booking. The reception was dirty and smelled very bad. Going up to the room I saw the staff smoking in the corridor. The room was incredibly disgusting. We asked if they had cleaned the room and they said they had. When we then went inside there was an old pair of sandals on the floor. I then asked if they were sure it had been cleaned since some one else personal belongings still were in the room. I got no reply to that. The blanket to sleep under had no cover over it and felt very disgusting. The bathroom was disgusting and I saw short dark hair laying around so that had obviously not been cleaned either. Also no water was provided in the room.

Its a very cheap price but I would rather pay more and go somewhere else next time. I would NOT recommend this hotel.
