Familiärer Charme am idyllischen Waldrand
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist wunderbar gelegen, direkt am Wald und schön ruhig. Hier lässt sich gut entspannen und entschleunigen. Die Besitzer schaffen einen familiären Charme, das Frühstück wird individuell zubereitet und besonders der Garten ist ein Traum. Gerne komme ich wieder!

Pros:

The Wald Hotel was a very nice, cosy and comfortable place to stay. The room was perfect and the staff are very kind and welcoming. The breakfast and coffee was great too.

Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit der Hotelbesitzer ist aussergewöhnlich! Ein herzlicher Empfang. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Außerdem sehr zu empfehlen um einfach zum Flughafen zu gelangen.

Het matras was redelijk nieuw en schoon, iets te hard.

Cons:

Er was geen ontbijt, aangezien het een feestdag was. Kortom, geen feestdag voor de gast.
Hotel is gedateerd en sfeerloos.

Ein toller Aufenthalt, bei dem keine Wünsche offen blieben!
Pros:

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich vom Gastgeber Ehepaar empfangen genommen. Wir hatten versehentlich ein Einzelzimmer statt eines Doppelzimmers gebucht, doch es wurde uns sofort ausgeholfen mit einem sehr schönen Doppelzimmer, das liebevoll und außergewöhnlich eingerichtet war. Das Frühstück übertraf alle unserer Erwartungen und wir durften ganz flexibel die Zeit hierfür auswählen. Auch das Checkout war nach unserem Tempo möglich. Durch die Lage des Hotels - quasi mitten im Wald - konnten wir morgens unser Sportprogramm bei herrlichem Sonnenschein absolvieren. 5 Sterne für diesen tollen Aufenthalt und eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Man wird hier nicht einfach nur als Gast, sondern als willkommener Besucher empfangen!
Pros:

Ich war bereits zum dritten Mal im Waldhotel in Troisdorf und habe mich bisher immer rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Zimmer waren jeweils sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und auch in Sachen Sauberkeit gibt es hier absolut keinerlei Makel.
Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt – ruhig, erholsam und herzlich. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Comfortable room welcoming staff

Cons:

The check in was a bit confusing because I booked last minute and didn't notice that it was allowed to 21 and it required a code I didn't have. Luckily somebody called the manager. I think this is more of an issue with booking that shouldn't offer rooms or the check-in times are not compatible with the booking time or at least to red flag them so you can contact the property first
