QT Queenstown

Room had a amazing view, it was a good size, bed was comfortable and it even had a doona insert that was in it's cover, not just folded between the sheets! Bathroom and shower are one of the best we have stayed in, it was roomy and had lots of places to store your belongings. It was a really great location, nice and quiet for a good night sleep yet close enough to walk to the QT wharf. That is all a 10 in itself!....but wait there is more. All the little extra's, the surprises that made our stay absolutely awesome. In the lobby, they have free FRESH brekky juice and pastries in the morning, free cheese, crackers and wine in the afternoon and free whiskey and chocolate after dinner. Room service delivers something extra and free every night. From sweet treats, to fresh milk and melty chocolates to lavender sprays for your pillows. It was genuinely a wonderful stay and we will certainly only ever be staying here for our future stays in Queenstown.

Incredible breakfast

I had a wonderful stay in beautiful Queenstown, and the service was excellent - the daily turndown service and the complimentary birthday champagne were lovely touches. However, I was slightly disappointed that there wasn't a small birthday cake as I had expected. Additionally, the ongoing renovations made getting in and out of the hotel a bit inconvenient. Overall, a very happy stay despite the minor construction hurdles!

The location is great, so near to the city centre, lovely stretch of beach. The decor in the foyer was pretty and welcoming. The bedroom was lovely, large and spacious especially as I was alone in a bedroom meant for more than one person. Didn’t try any of liquor but the coffee machine, and cookies etc were a lovely touch . Good food at the conference . Great views. Warm. Lovely staff both front and cleaners. Love the fruit drinks, pastries and cheese and wine.

The rooms were large and the turndown service was appreciated.

I loved how clean and spacious everything was! What stood out most was the thoughtful touch of the room being cleaned so well every day, along with little treats left behind like face masks, cookies, and pillow sprays.

The facilities, little add-ons, staff, service, rooms, food, drinks and just EVERYTHING was phenomenal. It will be hard to stay anywhere else in Queenstown other than the QT from now on. The free juice and pastries in the morning, wine and cheese in the arvo and whiskey and chocolates at night were also a delightful unexpected treat and made the QT stand out even more!! 10/10

We had an excellent stay at QT Hotel. The service was exceptional, with genuinely friendly and attentive staff throughout our visit. The complimentary touches really stood out — fresh juice and pastries in the morning, cheese and wine tasting in the afternoon, and whiskey tasting in the evening all added to the experience. The location was also fantastic, with an easy and scenic walk along the lake into town.

What we liked most about the property was the exceptional staff, who were welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We also really appreciated the complimentary snacks and beverages available throughout the day in the lobby which was a thoughtful and generous touch.

The hospitality was unlike anything we have ever experienced! The lobby beverages and snacks were much appreciated and the turn down service was exceptional

The attention to detail in the rooms. & little gifts were so great , the yummy whisky & chocolates at night were amazing after big day out .. great bar & most lovely staff .. I’ll be back for sure !
