A truly Wonderful and Memorable experience!
Pros:

The breakfast every morning was exceptional as the young men at the omelet station made some of the best omelets that I have ever eaten! The room was very clean and well organized!

Cons:

I can't think of anything negative about my stay at the QT Queenstwon!

Beautiful views and amazing staff made up for construction inconvenience
Pros:

Our room had beautiful views which is what we were looking forward to.

Cons:

There was some construction going on at the property and scaffolding visible from our room. We also had a big hill to walk back up to get to reception. Kyle the onsite manager really handled our disappointment well and made our stay as enjoyable as possible during this time, the restaurant was also not finished so no breakfast was an option.

This was one of the best stays we have enjoyed at a hotel.
Pros:

Large room with great bathroom. Did not have a view but not a major concern for us. Breakfast options were affordable. Loved the coffee/dinks/snack bar at the entrance, this was an unexpected bonus and a great initiative, so well done. The $ saving option assoc with room cleaning was also good

Cons:

The bathroom lighting was very good however found the room lighting to be a bit dim.
While we didn't look forward to walking up the hill, we did feel good after doing it.

Very impressive.
Pros:

Very close to main centre centre.
Hotel room was spotless, very comfortable bed and amazing view.
Breakfast was incredible. Worth every cent.
On arrival we were offered a small red wine and a savoury filled croissant…. Nice touch
As we checked out next day, free coffee available as well.
Free shuttle out to next accomodation in Arrowtown.
Very very impressed

There was some construction happening but they are renovating and did notify everyone, so they did incredibly well to manage it.

Overpriced and under delivered. If you want high end accomodation in Queenstown, stay somewhere else
Pros:

Comfortable bed
Nice bath and robe

Cons:

Staff - unhelpful and lacking in knowledge and care
No view of lake - looked over highway
Poorly draining shower which flooded bathroom - staff shrugged and didn’t care
Not even a bottle of water in room was complimentary despite cost
Construction impaired view of room
Hideous staff uniforms

Pros:

Great location! Very comfortable. Currently under expansion, but construction noise was not an issue. We look forward to the expanded version and visiting again.

Cons:

As others have mentioned, it is a very short walk into the center, but a steep uphill on the return.

A great stay, would for sure stay there again when the construction is finished
Pros:

Location, free drinks, gorgeous room with Pony Rider styling, comfy bed, huge gorgeous bathroom

Cons:

Some breakfast staff very late at helping, the first morning breakfast nobody came to take our coffee order and it was slapped on the table when it finally arrived. Also breakfast menu needed a pancake/ fruity option. And scaffolding and workman everywhere,, a bit meh

The staff were exceptionally friendly and we were gifted a bottle of prosecco as it was our honeymoon
