Great hotel with incredible views.
Pros:

Comfortable Bed and amazing Facilities. The staff were kind and welcoming. The room was excellent and they even offered a shuttle bus into town. Also the hotel has amazing views to wake up to every morning.

Cons:

Not much we didn’t like about the property. Would note that the property is currently under construction which we didn’t know about. Also when booking a terrace note they aren’t private but a shared terrace with multiple rooms.

Executive stay at affordable price
Pros:

The service was impeccable could not fault so friendly
breakfast was absolutely fit for a King or Queen. Comfy beds, very high class luxe hotel. Views weee the best

Would have chosen a different hotel if we had known of the above.
Pros:

The view.

Cons:

The fact that you call yourself a 5 star with no restaurant, gym, pool or wellness is a joke.
You also didn’t mention that there was construction work happening during the stay and the shower pressure was terrible.

Exceptional, highly recommended and will come again!
Pros:

Great location and close to town centre with a picturesque view of the lake and snow capped mountains every morning when you wake up.

Every day in the morning, afternoon and evening the hotel provides complimentary foods and drinks in the lobby area.

Cons:

Parking is very limited and quite expensive per night for valet.

Pros:

The rooms were beautiful and beds super comfortable. The staff were always very helpful.

Love QT - I will be back!
Pros:

The upgrade is exceptional - accessing from the lake front so much better than the previous entry.
Rooms great and well thought out - bed so comfortable.
View for breakfast so lovely - making the most of Queenstown views.

Cons:

My only negative would have been my view out to the street and a little bit more street noise than I would have expected - but didn’t spend so much time in my room, so maybe a bit picky

Pros:

Rooms - well renovated, with lots of amenities (including a blue tooth sound system); each twin bed is a generous full-sized queen.
Location - close to the heart of Queenstown & walking there along the lake path is marvellous.
Staff - friendly and warm
Free generous tastings - local wine, cheese whisky and chocolate at different hours of the day and night.
F&B - the bar & lounge at the top of the hotel is an incredible spot to sit & work during the day or unwind and catch the sunset, supported with both light snacks or full meal options .

Excellent location and great property
Pros:

The property is freshly renovated and the styling is beautiful. The hotel has complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner drink and snack services in the lobby. Complimentary shuttle buses to the city and airport. The room was amazing, bed and pillows so comfortable. They also have Dyson air straight and appliances.

Cons:

Only downside was that our room was cleaned very late each night. One night our room wasn’t cleaned until 5:30pm.
