Staff didn’t speak English in the restaurant,
It a dry hotel so no bar.

This hotel is very good and is placed in a nice location close to what is considered "central".
I would like to highlight one of your employees, Furkat Rajapov, which made our trip even better. He was proactively checking for anything we needed in the restaurant area, and made my daughter really happy every time my daughter was in need of something. Furkat will be the reason we will return to Bayır Diamond Hotel. He is providing top tier service with a smile on his face. Please give this man a raise. During our stay we would check where Furkat was just to have a talk with him, since he is so calm and nice.
We will return to this hotel again.
Breakfast was good
Air Conditioning does not work in the full hotel. The temperature thermostat is set by the hotel and it is very hot and uncomfortable in the room. Need to open the window to breathe and then there is too much noise from the street. Not worth the money.

Very very clean and the staff are amazing. Breakfast is brilliant.

W łazience brak balsamu do ciała oraz wacików i patyczków, szczoteczki i pasty do zębów.
Śniadanie obfite, ale nie było na bieżąco uzupełniana. Chociaż byłam na śniadaniu o godz.8.30, to brakowało wielu potraw.
Biorąc pod uwagę cenę pokoju, nie powinno być takich niedociągnięć.
The hotel is very elegant, interieur looks like 1001 Nights' Tales.
Breakfast is rich. Parking is possible, but the rules were not absolutely clear. On the first evening the staff drove into the undergroung garage our car from the place, where we could leave the car on the second evening...
The very high temperature -sometimes 25 C- killed our nights. The staff explained us, that AC is switched to winter mode, therefore no chance to cool the room, while we couldt open the window slightly, due to safety reasons.
The pillows were rigid ones.
As the lobby of the hotel opens to a market (?), in the lobby the temperature was very low - big contrast to the room temperature.
Finally, the WC made for children, it was very inconvenient to sit almost down to the floor...
The room is spacious with upscale decor. However, wifi is slow. Dinner buffet had very good selection but the quality was mediocre especially with the meat on the dry side. Breakfast buffer had good selection.

Stayed one night passing through to Cappadocia. A lovely hotel and amazing staff especially cevher. Nothing was too much trouble and he found my lost sunglasses just before we left. A wonderful, lovely man whom the hotel should be very proud of.
Kapadokya'ya geçerken bir gece konakladım. Harika bir otel ve özellikle Cevher harika bir personel. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık ve ayrılmadan hemen önce kaybettiğim güneş gözlüğümü buldu. Otelin gurur duyması gereken harika, sevimli bir adamdı.
