Very very clean and the staff are amazing. Breakfast is brilliant.

The hotel is very elegant, interieur looks like 1001 Nights' Tales.
Breakfast is rich. Parking is possible, but the rules were not absolutely clear. On the first evening the staff drove into the undergroung garage our car from the place, where we could leave the car on the second evening...

The room is spacious with upscale decor. However, wifi is slow. Dinner buffet had very good selection but the quality was mediocre especially with the meat on the dry side. Breakfast buffer had good selection.

Ligging is prima, ontbijt is normaal, hotel is ook wel schoon, personeel ook prima. Maar wel duur voor wat je krijgt.

Stayed one night passing through to Cappadocia. A lovely hotel and amazing staff especially cevher. Nothing was too much trouble and he found my lost sunglasses just before we left. A wonderful, lovely man whom the hotel should be very proud of.
Kapadokya'ya geçerken bir gece konakladım. Harika bir otel ve özellikle Cevher harika bir personel. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık ve ayrılmadan hemen önce kaybettiğim güneş gözlüğümü buldu. Otelin gurur duyması gereken harika, sevimli bir adamdı.

This is a big hotel yet the staff were very friendly and really helpful. I recommend, to make things easier, that travellers who don't speak Turkish, carry a translator app on their phone. The restaurant was very good offering a wide variety of food. The room was big and the shower was great!

De bør gør noget ved deres aircondition. De lukker den ned fra midt om natten og hele dagen. Den er kun tændt fra kl. 18:00 til 24:00. Deres wifi var konstant ustabil så jeg måtte bruge min egen telefondata.
Personalet var sød og venlig. Massage er god, så hvis du skal have massage og spa, så er det fint nok.
For mig var det afgørende at aircondition var klin tændt for lidt tid samt wifi ikke fungerede.
Morgenmad var fint nok, men jeg bad dem specifikt om ikke ost i min omelet men det puttede de i alligevel, og det gentog så jeg kunne ikke spise det alligevel.
Tror ikke jeg vil benytte stedet igen.

My husband and I booked Bayir Diamond for our honeymoon expecting a bit of luxury and excellent customer service. We were extremely disappointed.

At arrival, we were not greeted welcome and the staff at reception was extremely arrogant and rude. We had contacted the hotel beforehand by email and phone to ensure that we could make use of the hammam facilities at the hotel. When we arrived, we found out they did not offer hammam at all. Very disappointing...

The housekeeping effort was minimal. One day, they forgot to empty the trash can and another day, we were disturbed three times during the morning by knocks on the door from housekeeping asking when they could clean the room. This was despite the "Do not disturb" sign being on. When we came back to the hotel later that day, the room was not cleaned after all. I went down to the reception asking for an explanation and was simply informed that I need to call down to reception every time to have our room cleaned! I have never heard of such a rule and could not believe this! After another half hour, my husband went down there once again to complain about the room not being made, and only then was somebody sent up to the room to be cleaned. At 6 pm!

For a hotel supposedly being categorized as a 5-star hotel, the customer service there is not worth even a 1-star! This was a very bad experience and I would not recommend staying at Bayir Diamond. Especially not if you expect good customer service or even a smile from the staff...
