Hotel yg terbaik utk didiami, ad satu kkurangan d receptionist, wanita tomboy yg acah nk jdi laki tu brsiksp agk ksar mcm nk jadi laki2 tdk ssuai dletakkan d bhgian kaunter reception, sptotnya bhgian angkt berat ssuai dgn dy. lyanan agk ksar dn cara nk mntak ic pun suara mcm nk gaduh. Ap2 pun yg lain sy berluas hati, cun 👍🏼

Pls do not book hotel by viewing pictures in any booking apps.The hotel and pictures was totally different.Pls do check

It’s such a worst hotel that I had been see.The hotel room was so dirty and smelly.The receptionist treated so bad and don’t want help on services.The room that I booked found hair on bedsheet, tv no channel to watch,AC was not cold at all even at front desk counter.When we request to change the room the receptionist say that room unable to change and we need to adjust to stay there.Do I pay for hotel to adjust my-self?? I really don’t understand. There were cockroaches on the table. And secondly they have insufficient sockets.Overall to say I’m not satisfied with this hotel.I hope my review will help improve the hotel and I sincerely hope no one was harmed from this. Tq.

Aircond controller spoilt cannot replace. Fix temperature that is hot and humidity. Even the air cond 24 hours also not cool.
