Leo in the dining area was very attentive and helpful. The hotel could use some upgrades. Walls are paper thin you can hear Everything your neighbors are doing day and night! Beautiful location but accommodations are in need of improvements.

Seguramente fue un hotel lindo en su momento, sin embargo, actualmente las habitaciones están descuidadas, viejas. La regadera no funcionó bien nunca, aunque lo reporté. Hasta mi salida, en donde les expresé mi molestia, me dijeron que ya había quedado solucionado el problema, pero ya no pude cerciorarme de ello.
El jardín es lindísimo, pero el mobiliario es viejo.
Este tipo de hoteles deberían tener un buen mantenimiento y actualizarse, en especial porque hay más opciones ahora más lindas y que ofrecen más beneficios (desafortunadamente era de los pocos disponibles en las fechas en las que fui).
Importante mencionar que el costo por mascota es de ¡$600!

La propiedad es muy bonita, sus jardines son hermosos y están muy bien mantenidos. El personal de servicio es muy atento y amable. Pero las habitaciones requieren una renovación ya que presentan problemas muy fuertes de goteras, humedad y moho.

Es una excelente opción para hospedarse. Es muy tranquilo la vista es hermosa, los cuartos muy bien cuidados. El personal es amable. El único pero que tengo es que en la descripción aparece que incluye desayuno, lo que no te explican es que es un desayuno occidental, es decir solo te incluye algo de pan café jugo y algunas mermeladas, considero que es importante que se mencione en la descripción para que se tome en cuenta a la hora de seleccionar el hotel, ya que no idea era ahorrar un dinero con el desayuno incluído pero al final al tuve que salir a buscar desayuno

Pongo 4 estrellas porque una noche anterior a mi llegada hubo tormenta en Tepoztlan y por ende la alberca estaba muy sucia, tardo un día en filtrarse el agua y no pude aprovechar tanto la alberca, pero en general es un muy buen lugar para desconectarse y descansar.
Habitación, instalaciones y servicio excelente.

Nos recibieron con una gran sorpresa en la habitacion, mi esposo estaba muy contento, la vista hermosa y el ambiente muy tranquilo, el desayuno a la carta delicioso! Personal muy amable, sin duda regresaremos!

La habitación bastante amplia y cómoda. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El personal amable todo el tiempo.
Su área de oportunidad sería: mayores opciones en el menú así como ampliar sus horarios de servicio o tener servicio al cuarto.
Adicional y que no depende del hotel, el camino para llegar es bastante feo.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente para relajarse y tener paz.
