No mirror, only in toilet. Difficult to park the car also as theres a lot shops around the hotel. The hotel are at the shop lots

The receptionist was friendly and was helpful.
There were a lot of cockroaches in my room. I went to the receptionist and told the girl at the front desk, but she couldn’t change my room because the hotel was full. She gave me a spray to use in the room instead.
The smell from the spray was very bad, and I couldn’t sleep at all. There were still cockroaches even after spraying. I went back to the reception around 2 a.m. to complain again. She told me they would change my room the next day, and they did.
However, I was disappointed that they didn’t offer any compensation for the trouble. I checked out at 2 p.m., but they still charged me for a late check-out and didn’t offer it for free.
