Voltarei a este hotel sempre que ir a Gramado
Pros:

Funcionários bem treinados e bem educados, em especial ao Gustavo (serviço na portaria), a Thais (recepcionista) e a funcionária responsável pela limpeza do quarto no 3⁰ andar.

Cons:

Fiquei preocupado com o vazamento da válvula no sanitário do quarto.
