Ótima localização e atendimento, com excelente café da manhã.
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, muito próximo da principal rua da cidade, podendo deslocar-se a pé. Equipe muito educada e solícita, café da manhã diversificado e de ótima qualidade.

Cons:

Na verdade o preço é meio elevado, embora o hotel atenda às expectativas. Acho também que a piscina é pequena, embora as duas "jacuzzis" sejam tentadoras, e o espaço de ginástica acanhado, mas não é exatamente o objetivo de quem lá se hospeda.

A localização é muito boa, bem no cento de Gramado e próxima aos pontos de interesse.

Cons:

Café da manhã: leite em pó diluído e sem oferta de leite integral, sucos de frutas não são são naturais, são engarrafados ou de caixinha.

Volvería pero deben mejorar el sistema de uso de piscina y yacusi

Atención del personal. Excelente la limpieza. Muy buena ubicación a pasos del centro de Gramado.

No me gusto el sistema de uso de la piscina no proporcionan batas y hay que pasar por la recepción para llegar.
