Que respondieran a nuestro pedido de habitaciones silenciosas.

La posibilidad de late check out.

Cons:

Colchones pocos firmes.
No tener cuerda u algo para colgar ropa húmeda o mojada.
El que no haya alguien controlando la piscina y jacuzzis; casi imposible de usar por el tamaño pequeño y niños jugando dentro.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado mas dentre os outros hotéis da rede que ja estive em Gramado eu achei que era mais moderno mas não.
Achei o café da manhã razoável, sem muitas opções.
A piscina estava bem aquecida mas o local estava frio.
O ar condicionado do quarto quando ligava tinha um cheiro desagradável.
O bom foi a localização que não deixa dúvidas que é excelente mas não retornarei ao Hotel.
No momento o Pedras Altas ainda é o melhor de todos da rede em Gramado.

Cons:

Tivemos que trocar de quarto pois o primeiro cheirava mal. No segundo não tinha cheiro mas tivemos que pedir para consertarem o chuveiro pois eram fios de agua e não um banho de verdade. Sentimos um hotel sem manutenção
