Pros:

Excelente localização e excepcional atendimento dos funcionários.

Cons:

O restaurante passou a servir porções muito pequenas em seus pratos. Pedi um filé e vieram apenas dois pedaços. Tive de sair do hotel para procurar um lanche.

Fomos convidados para uma suposta cortesia, mas tratava-se de uma longa ação comercial para venda de multipropriedade. A abordagem não foi transparente. O hotel deveria informar claramente a natureza comercial da atividade. Não volto mais.

Foi uma excelente experiência! Hotel maravilhoso, localização perfeita, café da manhã muito bom..
Gostaria de deixar um elogio em especial aos funcionários da recepção. Todos, sem exceção, muito atenciosos e gentis.

Cons:

A única coisa desagradável é que tem pessoas dentro do hotel que nos abordam para tentar apresentar e vender algo do tipo de clube de férias, etc..

Janela com passagem de ar, barulho e um black out pequeno para a janela, deixando entrar claridade.
Descarga do vaso vazando água e fazendo barulho 24 horas.

Cons:

Das tentativas de "vendas" de produtos na saída do restaurante. Me senti como se estivessem me enganando e tomando o meu tempo. Muito desconfortável. Já não basta as abordagens na rua,.nos comércios, agora dentro do hotel é um absurdo.
