Péssimo!!
Pros:

A localização é perfeita na porta tem um mercado e vc faz tudo a pé, quarto era bem grande e bem limpo e muito cheiroso , o café é nota mil mta variedade... a moça da limpeza é um amor de pessoa.

Cons:

O atendimento foi bem complicado , fui recebida de madrudagada por um funcionário que nem meu bom dia respondeu fiquei na porta c 6 malas e 2 crianças (1 no colo q estava dormindo) o homem nao me ajudou em absolutamente NADA, fiz o check-in e ainda carreguei todas as malas pois o homem nao ajudou n com o elevador.

E durante a estadia os funcionários da recepção sao ríspido e nada gentis.

Outro ponto é a minha cama eu reservei um quarto c 1 cama de casal e 2 de solteiro, eu tive q dormir num sofá cama pessimo e antigo eu deitava e sentia a madeira do móvel np pescoço foi horrível dormir la.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. O chão estava muito sujo, restos de bolacha perto do sofá cama e muito pó.
