Noise level… at 2AM teens yelling and stopping multiple nights. Tried calling front desk to notify of the noise but no answer. Also the furniture in lobby isn’t comfy at all

The most important thing to me is cleanliness and comfort and this hotel had both in spades with friendly, accommodating staff at a decent price.

Cons:

I'm afraid of elevators and theirs is kind of creaky when it reaches the upper floors

Location was good!

Cons:

Hotel could of been cleaner. Halls desperately needed vacuuming. Elevators were also dirty with fingerprints. Room felt musty and also could of been cleaner. The pool needed some maintenence and looks like floors in pool area are never cleaned also.

Most of our stay was superb, but we won't eat from the breakfast buffet again.
Pros:

Most of the staff (especially John D.) was superb, along with the room and the facilities. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom (shower) was nice!

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was awful. 😞 The eggs were instant, not fresh. The bacon was okay, but the potatoes were very bland and didn't taste too good. The breakfast attendant who took our vouchers picked and choose who she thought should pay. There were at least one to two women that I observed that did not pay. The breakfast attendant even asked ONLY US what our room number was AFTER we gave her our breakfast vouchers. I asked one of the women eating breakfast if the breakfast attendant asked her for her room number. She said no. I spoke with a man claiming to be her manager and told him what happened. He wasn't very helpful either. My husband and I said that we wouldn't eat breakfast there anymore.
