Good location for food and shopping
Budget-friendly / good value
Cons:
Property old / needs renovation (furnishing and decor)

Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed signals: several guests praised daily cleaning and a standout housekeeper (Mamoni Shau) while others reported bad odour in an initial room and general unclean/old rooms. Overall slightly below average.
Service
7.6
Mixed: specific staff were called out as very helpful (Mamoni Shau, Ms Mousimi) and housekeeping responded well eventually, but front desk did not resolve an AC complaint and one reviewer described staff as rude.
Location
8
Generally positive: several reviewers praised proximity to the airport and to food/shopping; some noted access/approach difficulties and nearby metro construction causing challenges.
Room Quality
6.2
Mixed to weak: some rooms described as spacious and large, but multiple comments about old furnishings, short ceilings, limited views, and rooms not matching online booking.
Amenities
5.5
Notable issues: malfunctioning AC (request for refund), a non-working fridge in one room and general need for upgrades to furnishing and decor — amenities score is the weakest area.
Value for Money
7.8
Seen as a good budget option by several guests, reasonably priced with positive breakfast experiences, so value is slightly above the overall target.
Food and Beverage
8.3
Consistently positive comments about buffet breakfast spread and adequate/very good breakfast offerings.
Overall Experience
7.7
Overall mixed experience: good location and breakfast, helpful individual staff, but hotel shows age and has occasional service/amenity failures; net experience slightly above the target.
