When we carry many luggage, hotel staff just stand inside to see without any help even never help to open the door

天津駅から徒歩数分で、環境はとても良いです。近辺には包子のお店や地元の食堂なども多くあり、便利だと思います。ホテルは古さは感じますが、基本的に清潔で静かで、過ごしやすく感じました。

飯店就在天津站北廣場出來後，步行幾百米的地方。距離地鐵站和公車站很近，可以方便到達，附近是居民區，有很多小餐館，也有一個小型商圈。辦理入住很快，服務態度不錯，房間很乾淨。重新裝修過的，設施比較新。
不足之處：浴室沒有防滑墊，電梯在第二天中午只剩一部在運行。

宿泊した部屋は清潔で静かでした。朝食もおいしかったです。ただ、料理が出るのが遅く、時間がなくて全部食べられなかったのが、残念でした。

The air con is not cold, but the location is accessible.

位置好 卫生条件好 性价比很高

就在天津站外，一出天津站8號出口即可看見，附近商店、餐廳多，相當方便。搭車仍以到天津站搭較方便，或者搭計程車也很方便，到古文化街、義式風情區、五大道的車資均在RMB20元以內。飯店房間清潔舒適，我們是冬季入住，價格相當實惠。飯店早餐只有中式，且菜色內容較少，但訂房時可不訂早餐，自由選擇，可各自評估需求性。

Please remember this is a budget hotel... on that basis it is a good hotel. The breakfast is ordinary, but adequate. The service is OK and pleasant, but nothing special, but no English like the expensive hotels. They were familiar with Hotels.com prepayment, so that went OK. There is no fridge, but again, this is not expensive. There is a smell of smoke around... as per usual with more budget hotels that don't have the guts to attack these selfish people... I saw people smoking in the restaurant there even though there are many signs forbidding it... and the selfish pigs are out in the corridor too... but not too bad for China. There is only awful Chinese "coffee" for breakie (the disgusting sweet packets of goo), but again... if you want to pay 350 a night with 2 brekkie, then this is the place. Plenty of small chaoshi or little supermarkets nearby . Tianjin metro is nearby, only 5 minutes walk on line 2. Beware Tianjinwest Station where the high speed train comes in is just xizahn or just West Station... can be confusing as you can't find Tianjin West Station on the subway map!! There is a Pizza Hut within coo-ee if you feel the call for a break from Chinese food. One final thing. iI the hot water is cold, leave the shower running for up to ten mins. My Chinese wife told me this is often the case in big old hotels... learn summat new every day !!! sure enough , she was right... ran cold, cool, tepid, then hot..Other times , quicker, but first time a good 10 mins

7番出口すぐにホテルの名前が見えます。英語はほとんど話せないです。

天津駅から近く、７番出口から地上までエスカレーターで上がれば、このホテルの看板が見えますので安心ですね。

天津站北出口往7號出口方向走，一出來就會看到飯店標示，出來直直走大約7分鐘可以抵達飯店，飯店有含早餐真的很物超所值！附近還有海底撈可以吃！

Good hotel ,good location ,friendly staffs .value for money

天津駅7番出口を出てホテルの建物とサインが見え安心です。チェックインの際、パスポートを見せるだけで記入等は一切ありませんでした。デポジットとして現金かクレジットカードを求められますが、ＶＩＳＡカードで問題なくデポジット出来ました。勿論チェックアウトの際にはキャンセル処理も確りしてくれます。
部屋は決して新しくありませんが、宿泊するには何一つ不便さを感じません。またペットボトルの水が２本おいて有りますので助かりました。電気ポットもありますので、コーヒー・紅茶などの準備をしていくと良いと思います。
バスタブは無くシャワーだけですが、夜は各部屋で使用していると思われますので直ぐにお湯が出ましたが、朝はお湯が出てくるまで3分近く掛りましたので、あわてず待ちましょう。
朝食付きのプランで予約しました。朝食は７時１５分からで、入り口でルームキー（カード）を係りの方に渡します。バイキング形式で空いている席なら何処でも大丈夫でした。
全体としてはリーズナブルなホテルですから、必要以上な期待はしないでください。
宿泊するには十分なホテルです。
しかし中国という事を理解してください。英語の話せるスタッフも居ましたが、全く話せないスタッフも居ます。困ったときは、筆談（漢字）で何とかなりました。

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, quiet, good breakfast, no unpleasant surprises - all in all, very good value

I think I may have already left a review for our first night here but I repeat, this is a nice great value hotel. Clean rooms, pleasant staff. For those of you with cars, there is well policed if not limited parking at the front. Walking distance to Tianjin South railway station...400metres or so. A slight blip first day at breakfast when food was a bit sparce but certainly corrected and I don't reckon it will happen again. The staff are brilliant.

Very good experience here at this hotel with everything you need nearby. 100m walk to Tianjin station, 50m walk to restaurants and supermarket. Decently equipped room. If you don't mind the big glass window connecting the bedroom and toilet (curtain provided), and the lack of a bathtub. This will be quite a good hotel to stay at, not to mention it isn't pricey as well.

This is a good value hotel. It's about 300 metres from Tianjin South railway station so pretty convenient
Staff are very helpful and friendly and it's clean and pretty well maintained.
Like all Chinese hotels, unfortunately a no smoking sign means nothing at all but if you want to see China, get over this issue as quickly as possible.
One "blip" on the first morning at breakfast when basically they ran out of food and an argument ensued between the chef and waitresses. Quite comical really but certainly resolved on the 2nd morning.
Would I stay again? Yes. By the way, if you turn right out of the hotel, left at the lights and through the next lights, there is a lovely restaurant on the right hand side. Walking distance and reasonably priced
