Capadocia lugar de sonho
Pros:

A simpatia e cooperação do pessoal foi ótima... o quarto é muito bonito e a casa de banho também. Estava tudo limpo e os arredores do hotel são belos. Há de tudo perto até o miradouro para ver o pôr do sol está a 10 min a pé.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço é algo escasso para um hotel de 3*

Totally recommend, perfect stay for Cappadocia!
Pros:

Perfect accomodation. Great location, nice cave rooms, friendly staff, everything was clean and good. Good breakfast too! Made my stay in Goreme so good, totally recommend!

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect.

Pros:

Room looked nice. Stayed in January, it was very warm in the room, that wasn't a case In other hotels during our vocation.

Cons:

There was a water leak in WC making some irritating noise during the hight.

Beautiful room
Pros:

I had a lovely stay here, unfortunately only for a night. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. Really central location too.

Dobra lokalizacja, pyszne śniadania, zniża na wycieczki w zaprzyjaźnionym biurze turystycznym.

Cons:

Pokój nie był nagrzany przed przyjazdem przy bardzo niskiej temperaturze -16 stopni.

Comfortable stay, kind and helpful staff
Pros:

The apartment was comfortable in a location that is few mjnutes away to many public transport connections and local attractions. The street is calm enough to have a good sleep and the attention and helpfulness from the guy at reception was great. Thanks a lot for your help and flexibility during our stay!

Excepcional y confortable
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, confortables y limpias. La ubicación es excelente. El desayuno abundante. Y el trato del personal exceptional, en todo momento hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera confortable, nos facilitaron las excursiones y la posibilidad de alargar nuestra estancia.

Cons:

The bathroom lights were too dark, I think one of them was broken because they are attached to the floor. Also the shower, it's just a shower head with a cord, so you need to grab it and wash yourself.

Pros:

Отель очень хороший. Расположение очень удачное, не больше 5 минут до автовокзала, рядом много кафе, центральная улица. Номер очень комфортный, места достаточно, атмосферно. Когда я зашла в номер, было прохладно, но кондиционер работал хорошо и быстро прогрел номер. Сам отель небольшой, как и многие отели города, но очень продуман. Есть красивая терраса, с которой можно утром любоваться шарами. Достаточно хороший завтрак: есть яйца, сосиски, картошка фри , чай, кофе, джемы и мед, а также что-то типа турецких соусов, но в них я не разбираюсь. В отеле можно купить экскурсии по приемлемым ценам.
Very good hotel. It is situated in the central street with many cafes and restaurants near by. My room was very comfortable, big enough. I was in the hotel in November but the room was hot because of air conditioner.There is beautiful roof terrace to watch baloones in the morning, Good breakfast : eggs, sausages, french fries, tea, coffee, jam, honey and something turkish. You can buy excurtions in the hotel.

Возникла проблема при оплате трансфера до аэропорта. Я сразу оплатила трансфер в обе стороны, но (моя вина) не заметила, что квитанцию именно на трансфер мне не дали( дали только на экскурсии). Потом водитель трансфера мне заявил, что за меня не заплатили, и потребовал оплату второй раз. У меня не было времени на разбирательства, уже шла регистрация на рейс, и я заплатила второй раз. Я написала в отель, но мне ничего не ответили. Не знаю, кто виноват, но весьма неприятно. Несмотря на это, я бы еще раз выбрала этот отель, мне он очень понравился, но была бы внимательнее с квитанциями.
It was unpleasant situasion with transfer to the airport. I paid for two transfers when checking in. When we arrived at the airport the driver said I had to pay because there wasn't payment for me. I had no time because plane chech-in have begun and pay for the second time. I wrote about this to the hotel and had no answer. I dont know who's to blame. Despite this I highly recommend the hotel. It was beautiful holidays.

Pros:

Todo. La hospitalidad del anfitrión, la habitación era amplia con una cama grande y cómoda. El baño perfectamente equipado y con jacuzzi incluido. Muhammad siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todos los tours o excursiones. Disfrutamos mucho y repetiríamos sin dudar. El desayuno variado y el personal muy amable.

Nada, nos gustó todo.

Pros:

La calidad y belleza de la habitación es justo lo que se puede ver en las fotos. La habitación, además, era bastante amplia. Por otro lado, el hotel es bastante tranquilo, por lo que puedes hacer tu estancia vacacional con total tranquilidad.

Cons:

Aunque no es culpa del Hotel, creo que lo malo es la mezquita que hay al lado del hotel, ya que te despierta a las 6 de la mañana con la llamada a la oración. El megafono que utilizan es demasiado fuerte.
