Super emplacement , chambre propre et bien équipée et super personnel , très bon petit déjeuné et jolie piscine !

Les voisins qui rentrent bourrés et tambourinent aux portes… en 5 jours la bas et différents voisins c’était tout les jours pareil… dommage que même avec les caméras personne n’intervient.. Bar de la piscine HORS DE PRIX

Nieodpowiedni dla osób skupiających się na zwiedzaniu i chcących spokoju.

Jeśli zamierzasz nocować w tym hotelu i skupić się na zwiedzaniu, a nie imprezowaniu to zdecydowanie odradzam. W okolicy jest mnóstwo klubów, w naszym pokoju było słychać basy i bez zatyczek do uszu nie było możliwości spania. Było bardzo głośno. Ściany w pokoju nie były wyciszone przez co było słychać wszystko co dzieje się na korytarzu oraz w pokoju obok. Szczególnie było słychać krzyki osób wracających z imprez o 4/5 nad ranem. Podczas ostatniego noclegu ktoś urządzał sobie awantury na korytarzach. (Między 4:00 a 6:00 rano). Ze względu na wszystkie ww. Kwestie spałyśmy maksymalnie po 3/4 h dziennie. Śniadanie codziennie prawie takie samo. Na siłowni sprzęt nie był czyszczony. Hantle były brudne od potu, a atlas do ćwiczeń był zepsuty i zardzewiały. Bardzo mało sprzętu na siłowni.

Położenie hotelu super, basen hotelowy fajne widoki, czysty. Obsługa miła, w pokojach czysto.

Cons:

Serwis sprzątający. Pukał przed 07:00 rano. Po czym nie wracał później, aby posprzątać musiałam zwrócić uwagę na recepcji.
Pobierają depozyt 1000 batów, gdzie nie otrzymałam wcześniej informacji.

Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, ménage au quotidien, l'emplacement est parfais si on veut bouger quartier très animé. La piscine est top avec une vue exceptionnelle la nuit tombée et même en journée..

Cons:

Petit déjeuner bien mais manque un peu de variété. Manque un peu rangement pour caser les valises. dommage que l'hôtel ne propose pas de navette aéroport.

Unfortunately, I discovered that $700 was missing from my hotel room, although I clearly remember placing the money inside the in-room safe.

I initially tried to handle the situation as politely and discreetly as possible by suggesting that I might have accidentally left the money in my previous room before switching rooms. My intention was to give anyone who might have come across it an opportunity to reconsider and return it without embarrassment or consequences. However, the staff were very firm in assuring me that they had neither seen nor found the money.

Nevertheless, I cannot entirely blame the hotel, as I understand the importance of taking personal responsibility for my valuables.

In many countries, you could leave gold or other valuables unattended, and no one would touch them. Even if you lost something valuable, there would be a good chance that someone would find it and return it to you.

While I am not holding the hotel directly responsible, I would simply encourage fellow guests to take extra precautions with their cash and valuables, even when using the in-room safe. It is always better to be cautious and take additional steps to ensure your belongings are secure.
