Pros:

This was hands down one of my favorite stays that I have ever booked via booking.com. The property was stunning and the room was magical! The Turkish breakfast spread every morning was amazing and so delicious. All of the views from the place were amazing and the staff was exceedingly friendly and able to give advice on every single activity. We booked the hot air balloon ride through the hotel and they were so helpful when our ride was cancelled due to weather and able to get us on a balloon the next morning. I could not recommend a place more. If you have the option to stay here, STAY HERE! Easily the best place I've ever stayed :)

Cons:

The cave smell was quite strong lol and our clothes ended up smelling a bit musty by the end but that is to be expected and was not a problem!

Immaculate, styley room in small boutique feel hotel. Great views. Definitely stay again

We had a fantastic stay. Host was super communicative and very responsive. The hotel room was upstairs, immaculate and as described. It had fantastic views, and cool terrace and roof terrace was beautiful to enjoy relaxing on. It was clean, styley and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Access instructions were easy and the host was soo friendly with lots of great suggestions for the things we asked about. The apartment  was just minutes walk into Goreme for  food, shops, bakeries, local  bars, restaurants.  Loved our stay definitely would stay again

Pros:

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sie haben für uns den Ballonflug gebucht und sich im alles gekümmert. Viele tolle Tipps erhalten was man in Göreme machen kann.
Das Zimmer (mit Balkon) war der Wahnsinn, man konmte die Ballons vom Zimmer aus sehen, das das Hotel leicht erhöht liegt. Das merkt man auch an der ruhigen Lage.
Das Frühstück war auch sooo lecker.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Pros:

Exceptional service from the staff! The receptionists were so welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with booking activities and anything else we needed. The facilities were in great condition and they provide a good quality fresh breakfast. The location is perfect, super close walking distance to the main area of shops and restaurants. Would 100% recommend staying here.

立地が良い。オーナー、スタッフの方がとても親切です。
日本で別会社のツアーを申し込んでいたのをキャンセルになった際も、代わりのツアーを提案してもらったり、とても親切にしてもらえました！
お陰でツアー、ホースライディングなどとても楽しめました。
部屋の外にテーブルもあり、外でものんびりできます。屋上からも気球が見えます。
日本語は通じないですが、英語は通じます。

Cons:

朝ご飯は毎日同じなので、長期滞在だと飽きてしまうかもしれません。
