Excellent
Pros:

Great Location and view. All the staff are amazing, kind and friendly. I feel like I am at home while staying in Avlu Cave Hotel. The staff are helpful, they’re assisting us regarding the booking for balloons flying, tours and transportation with reasonable price. They even gave us discount for the tours.

Cons:

Nothing. All are good and met with my expectations.

Pros:

Everyone was very friendly from the first moment to the departure. Very helpful and great advised for the Cappadocia region about where to go and what to do.

Un hôtel atypique, plein de charme et vraiment agréable.
Pros:

Un hôtel très charmant et agréable. Il est très bien situé, proche du centre-ville. Le personnel est très aimable et à l’écoute de vos besoins. Nous avons adoré le petit-déjeuner, très copieux. L’atout de l’hôtel est sa terrasse sur le toit, qui offre une vue panoramique sur toute la ville, et bien sûr, le matin, sur les montgolfières. C’est sûr, nous reviendrons !

We loved the receptionist and the view!
Pros:

Beautiful balcony, good breakfast, and the reception was so helpful. We had a great time hanging at Avlu house and everything was provided for us upon request. Cant ask for better.

Cons:

The rooms get a little stuffy and warm but not a huge issue.

John the owner was very helpful
You don’t even have to book anything before coming. Not even taxi - he booked everything for us and got us the best deals (like the cheapest ever !!)

スタッフの方が本当にとても親切で、こちらのトラブルに親身に寄り添ってくれた。色々なツアーをホテルを通して参加したが、それらも大変良かった。ロケーション、テラスからのビューも完璧。

Cons:

ツアーは、現地のエージェンシーに駆け込んで予約した方が安い場合も多いと思う。ただ信頼できるという点において、こちらで予約したことに後悔はない。

カッパドキア大好き！
Pros:

オーナーのお兄さんがとても感じ良く、親切でした。天候の都合で、予約していたギョレメでの気球ツアーがキャンセルになったのですが、ウフララ渓谷のツアーならば可能性があると色々手配してくれました。（結局、そちらもキャンセルになってしまいましたが…）朝食もおいしく、看板猫のパトロンちゃんも可愛かったです。素敵な滞在になりました！
