Amazing and cozy!
Pros:

Everything was as described, we arrived with bad weather late at night but the staff made sure our room was nice and warm for when we arrived, breakfast was included with the room and we really enjoyed it, we felt really welcomed by all the staff and they were extremely helpful with booking other activities. We had a few days cancellation with the weather and flying the balloons but the owner made sure we flew on the only day we could out of 5 days by constantly speaking to multiple companies and arranging everything for us so we are extremely grateful for that!

Pros:

Le personnel était adorable, tte s prévenant et de bons conseils.
La chambre grotte très sympa en famille .

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était correct mais sans plus.
Dommage que la terrasse sur le toit ne soit pas aménagée, mais peut être car tôt dans la saison.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful such a large selection of different local foods.
We had a small balcony which was great for watching the balloons in the morning and the lights at night.
It was an easy walk into the centre of town.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pillows were very lumpy and the room was on the small side.

Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt. Wir haben viele Tips für Ausflüge bekommen. Auch beim buchen solcher wurde uns sehr geholfen. Das Frühstück ist lecker, die Damen sehr sehr nett.

A fun experience staying in a room repurposed from a cave dwelling.
Pros:

Location was very good, just a short walk into town. Great breakfast. The staff which I believe are family were very friendly and accommodating. They helped with setting up tours and transportation at costs far lower than other hotels or tour companies.

We are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options every day.
The housekeeping service was outstanding, with fresh towels and everything else taken care of daily. We were especially impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff, from the reception team to the kitchen staff.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

Kind, helpful and thoughtful staff!
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made sure you had everything you needed and also helped to arrange balloon tours and airport shuttles. Very kind and I felt right at home. The location is excellent, you can watch the balloons from the terrace. Breakfast was also great, and you can have it in a cosy room or outside overlooking the city. Good value for money, would stay there again!

Helpful staff, best Turkish breakfast and great views
Pros:

We had an amazing stay here for our first time in Cappadocia in this once in a lifetime cave hotel and hot air balloon ride.
The boss (Can) and his brother was super helpful with booking tours, providing information about Goreme and giving us good food recommendations.
One tip for hot air balloons is that its dynamic pricing. Changes per the time of the day, time of the month, season and how many balloons fly the day before. We booked online and paid double in price. And trust me when I’ve checked every website provider out there from GYG, Klook, direct
We were also super lucky to fly on the first morning we arrived. 6 days prior, it was all cancelled due to weather. We were here for 4 days and 2/4 days were flying
So just leave it to the hotel to help you book, they can always get a good price. In March, price can range from 60 euros to 150
Amazing breakfast with tasty home made food with great terrace views
We also did Green tour + ATV + horse riding = all booked with hotel

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was amazing.
Note there is no air con or exhaust fan in the room but it was fine for us in spring

중심가랑 그리멀지 않고 조용한 곳에 있어 지내기 좋습니다.
침대가 4개 있는 방이라 가족이 머물기 좋았습나다.

Cons:

방이 조식당과 붙어 있어서 조식시간때가 되면 방에서 쉬기 힘들정도 입나다.

Excellent
Pros:

Great Location and view. All the staff are amazing, kind and friendly. I feel like I am at home while staying in Avlu Cave Hotel. The staff are helpful, they’re assisting us regarding the booking for balloons flying, tours and transportation with reasonable price. They even gave us discount for the tours.

Cons:

Nothing. All are good and met with my expectations.
