Pros:

I truly loved everything about this place

-Breakfast was very tasty
-The location was great
-The room was super comfortable and clean. (The mattress/bedding itself deserves 10 stars on all on it's own for it's comfort)
-Great price
-Nice views
-No Wi-Fi issues
-Great communication! They were so quick at answering messages either via booking.com or Whatsapp
-but what really takes the crown for me was the service from the staff. The owner and his staff not only coordinated pick up/drop-off to and from the airport but he literally hunted down the last available hot air balloon in Goreme and called SO many places to try and get the best deal before I left! I got to cross something off my bucket list because of the staff at this place! 🤩 Another amazing kind deed from them was that my room was ready earlier than expected so the owner let me check in earlier for free and I was able to rest after a red-eye flight. I am very thankful to the staff and they truly went above and beyond

Pleasant, happy and relaxed
Pros:

It’s Clean and tidy. Mr Caan and his partner the owners of the hotel are very helpful they go out of their way to help. The rooms are well maintained.. The Abla who prepares breakfast has a smile always on her face to welcome the guest.

Cons:

They have to add more variety to their breakfast.

Ubicación perfecta, muy céntrico y unas vistas increíbles de los globos desde su azotea. El personal muy amable, te ayudan con todo lo que necesites, siempre atentos para que tu estancia sea agradable. El desayuno muy rico y con mucha variedad. Muy recomendable hospedarse

La ubicación muy buena, el desayuno bien, aunque comienza un poco tarde 8:15 lo que puede acortar el día, sobre todo los días de calor que es mejor comenzar temprano

Cons:

Que en cuanto llegamos al hacer el check in, sin ni siquiera poder instalarnos luego de un viaje largo, nos ofreció muy insistentemente un tour, finalmente dada esa insistencia optamos por verlo por nuestra cuenta

This was hands down one of my favorite stays that I have ever booked via booking.com. The property was stunning and the room was magical! The Turkish breakfast spread every morning was amazing and so delicious. All of the views from the place were amazing and the staff was exceedingly friendly and able to give advice on every single activity. We booked the hot air balloon ride through the hotel and they were so helpful when our ride was cancelled due to weather and able to get us on a balloon the next morning. I could not recommend a place more. If you have the option to stay here, STAY HERE! Easily the best place I've ever stayed :)

Cons:

The cave smell was quite strong lol and our clothes ended up smelling a bit musty by the end but that is to be expected and was not a problem!

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay. Host was super communicative and very responsive. The hotel room was upstairs, immaculate and as described. It had fantastic views, and cool terrace and roof terrace was beautiful to enjoy relaxing on. It was clean, styley and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Access instructions were easy and the host was soo friendly with lots of great suggestions for the things we asked about. The apartment  was just minutes walk into Goreme for  food, shops, bakeries, local  bars, restaurants.  Loved our stay definitely would stay again
