Pros:

Lovely hotel in a good location. The staff were very helpful and kindle upgraded our room.

Cons:

There were many options available for breakfast. However as has been the labelling was very poor with some items that are clearly not vegan (i.e butter) and some not so clear (fried rice with pork) being incorrectly labelled as vegan. Tea and coffee at breakfast were pretty cold.

Pros:

Good location, easy check in with friendly staff, very efficient and helpful. The room was nice and spacious and clean. We only stayed one night so did not get time to enjoy it very much. Would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok but would not select it if staying more than two nights. Nothing negative about this hotel.

Pros:

Отель небольшой, соответствует 4 звездам. Завтраки скромные, но голодным не останешься. Номера маленькие, но чистые со всеми удобствами. Персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда помогал подсказывал, максимально старались сделать отдых комфортным. Месторасположение очень хорошее, пляж чистый через дорогу.

Cons:

Отель не новый, маленькие номера. Холодильник в номере маленький и совсем практически не охлаждал. В Спа требуется ремонт, не комфортно.

Pros:

I had such a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The hospitality was exceptional, and a special thank you to Ellie and Lyly, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of humour and charm. They went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable and memorable.

Cons:

The only little issue I had was the water pressure in the shower 😂 but maybe that was just my room alone #2001 and honestly, that’s a very minor thing compared to how great the overall stay was!

Solid hotel, lived up to expectations !
Pros:

Clean room, cozy layout and design, and the floor to ceiling glass wall/window is great !

Cons:

Room service food is subpar - frozen pizza and pho that tasted quite weird to be honest. Not the worst, but not something I'd want unless I have absolutely no other option.

Do chuveiro , a pressão da água é bem fraca, o café da manhã é bem sem graça, apesar de ser variado , quase todos os dias é o mesmo cardápio e tudo é bem sem gosto! A localização diz beira de praia , mas não fica na beira da praia!

Pros:

My stay was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Miss HA ,whose service was exceptional and very helpful, even outside her working hours. The hotel is ideally located near the beach, Dragon Bridge, the night market, and the city centre. The breakfast was also very generous. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Grande chambre avec une belle vue plage/montagne en étant au 19e étage. La piscine au rooftop n'est pas très grande mais nous n'y avons croisé personne les deux fois où nous y étions donc parfait ! Le petit déjeuner est convenable mais sans plus

Cons:

La salle de sport est vraiment trop petite et pas d'espace au solo pour s'étirer ou exercice, possible de faire une petite séance solo mais pas la place pour deux personnes en même temps. Il y a un tapis, une machine tirage qui fonctionne à moitié, un banc et des altères.

Our stay was decent, though nothing truly stood out. The breakfast spread was generous, but the food quality could be improved. While the pool is quite small, it does offer fantastic views of the area. The biggest drawback was the room's air conditioning, which operated inconsistently throughout our stay.
