Pros:

Fantastic hotel – rooftop pool is top!

We loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we walked in, the staff were magnificent – incredibly welcoming and kind. Every request was met with a smile.

The room was great, breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop pool is absolutely top – highly recommend it!

Just a couple of small notes for your information (not negatives):

· No ramp for strollers, but the staff always help carry everything up – super supportive.
· No balconies – just something to know if that's important to you.

But honestly, compared to all the huge pluses of this hotel – amazing service, great room, tasty breakfast, and the awesome rooftop pool – these little things don't matter at all. The staff's kindness and help more than make up for everything.

Would definitely come back and highly recommend to others! Special thanks to Jenna and Elena ❤️

Good near beach stay in Da Nang.
Pros:

Nice property a block off the beach. Nice rooftop pool. Helpful staff. Buffet breakfast which had mostly lunch items. Clean. Cheap by weight laundry service. Free bottles of water daily.

Cons:

No early check in. The lobby had 20+ people waiting until the clock struck 2pm. No towels for guests at the pool after dark.

Pros:

Kedves, udvarias személyzet fogadott bennünket, tiszta és kényelmes szoba, választékos és finom reggelik színesítették mindennapjainkat.
A 23. emeleten pedig tágas, hűsítő medencében lazítottunk esténként.
Ez a hotel jó választás volt, csak ajánlani tudom.

Olyan most nem jut eszembe.😉

Cons:

Loud noises at night. Window of room does not shut properly, so essentially can hear all traffic and music from beach clubs, despite being on a high floor.

Receptions staff are really good always smiling and always like to help.
Cleaner staff are really great and always very helpful and responsive too.

Cons:

Very very poor breakfast menu and for the all week same food over and over again.
Even the buffet plates are arranged in the same spot too!!
Nothing new for 7 days breakfast.. no way

Excellent value for money option for families
Pros:

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the view from the room was excellent—you could clearly see the beach from the window. The room and beds were comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate four adults.

Cons:

The soap and shampoo bottles in the room were breakable and dangerous. One of the bottle slipped and broken.
Recommend the hotel to keep good quality plastic bottles instead.

Clean and well located hotel
Pros:

The hotel it’s very well located, so close to the beach! The room was clean and comfortable.
During breakfast time, the staff is very good at keeping the tables clean and ready for the next guest!

Cons:

They would only provide one key to the room, even though the room it’s for 2 guests. We asked for a second key, but the reception said no, saying that if we lost the key, they would open the room for us! We arrived almost midnight, and would only stay one night, so we didn’t try to explain that we only wanted 2 keys so we could enter the room separately, if this was needed!
