Overall worth the money
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff . Amenities were pretty decent . Special mention to Ms Jenna supervisor was kind and friendly . She was helpful in booking tickets . Highly recommended, no extra charges

Cons:

The mattress was more rather bouncy but it was okay .

Pros:

Amazing location, very welcoming staff, amazing room on 19th floor with a great view of the sea. It was a wonderful 3 night stay for us. We would like to stay again in the same hotel when we visit Da Nang.

Pros:

The hotel offers excellent value for money. We had a nice, spacious room with beautiful views of the city. The staff was very friendly, especially Ellie and Jenna, who did their absolute best to make our stay pleasant. Housekeeping was also great and we returned to a clean room every single day. I can't forget the breakfast as there was always such a wide variety of options to choose from!

Cons:

There were a few things that disappointed us. The biggest concern was the mislabeling of vegan products at breakfast. As I am lactose intolerant, vegan options are usually a lifesaver for me. Unfortunately, the 'vegan' pancakes and condensed milk both contained dairy. While I am used to not having the luxury of pancakes or milk at hotel breakfasts, the incorrect labeling is what truly annoys me, as it is misleading and poses a potential health risk. I strongly recommend the management educate the staff on food allergies and correct these labels immediately. On a positive note, Ellie and Jenna were always helpful and proactive when we needed to clarify ingredients, so shoutout to them.

Another issue was the laundry service. A few pieces of our clothing came back with stains, likely due to a poorly maintained machine. Even after returning them and washing them again, the issue persisted. While the staff promised to fix it for the future guests, I would have expected some form of compensation or the fee to be waived, given it wasn't our fault and now we have to give it to further cleaning.

Lastly, on a personal note, the pillows were a bit too tall for my liking. Other than these points, it was a good stay.

Location is good for sea shore entrance , but far from other market place ... Staff there isnt that helpful .. I have seen them charging people unnecessary..even they tried with me as well..
