Green Point Residence Hotel

The hotel was great value for the price. Room was neat and clean. Amenities like the restuarant, fitness center, pool opened late anc closed early. If you are travelling for business and want to work out or eat before you start the work day you can't they dont open til 8:00 AM. Pool was decent size, no towels and limited hours. Overall it was a bargin though.

Nice pool and friendly staff

No problems at all, and will stay there again if I got to Bangkok next year.

What I liked most is the Human Quality that I received from the Officials, They Helped Me by calling the Taxis that I needed, and When I had a problem They Helped me with the translation and Helped me Solve the problem in the best way! I really appreciate the help of the workers at the reception of this Hotel ✨ There are many beautiful and wonderful hotels! But having the human quality of Help Service for foreigners with Kindness is Not Easily Found!! Room and hotel very nice didn't like the 500 deposit on the key or the 10% service charge and 7% VAT on food and drinks though. Wifi was terrible

This hotel is located in good location, near shopping mall and easy to go by driving. I like the lady staff because she is very well support but the man staff didn’t has a good service mind. Overall is good.

Very simple and even more affordable hotel.
Had a layover in Bangkok and used it for some meetings in the vicinity. Malls are left and right. Convenient especially for breakfast and customer meetings.
One caveat: hotel requires a 500 THB cash deposit per room key upon check-in. Better keep that cash handy when going over.

Quiet estate. 7 -11 and food stall next door. malls nearby.

ราคาไม่แพงมาก อยู่ใกล้กับห้างและทางด่วน ห้องพักสะอาด

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Das Hotel macht einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Das Essen ist gut und wir mussten nicht lange darauf warten. Das Abräumen der Tische wird erst auf verlangen gemacht oder wenn man bezahlt hat. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum und dennoch gut gelegen, da ein sehr grosses Shopping-Center in der Nähe ist.

Ich hatte Glück mein Kollege nicht so da er auf seinem Zimmer auf der gleichen Etage Kakerlaken (Scharben) mehrfach im Zimmer hatte.
Sonst freundliches Personal. Sicherheit sehr hoch da man nur mit der Zimmerkarte im Aufzugbereich gelangt. Restaurant leider nicht wie angegeben bis 11pm sonder um 10 pm war schon zu. Aber Vorteil ein 7eleven ist keine 50m weit weg.

Convenient, walking distance to two near by mall and restaurants.

Eigentlich sehr sauber aber mehrere Kakerlaken lebend und halb tot in Zimmer und Bad.

pros:
- 15 min to/from DMK by taxi
- 5 min walk to crystal park shopping
- 7-11 next door
- a couple of street food vendors close by serving papaya salad, grilled meat, khoa mun gai (chicken rice), grilled fish, sausages
- hotel has a decent restaurant and coffee bar

cons:
- 45 min to/from BKK by taxi
- no currency exchange at hotel
- NONE of the taxi or tuk tuk drivers knew the hotel. even with a green point business card, they had to call to get directions
- no public transport close by
- quite a bit away from touristy bangkok areas like khoa san or sukhumvit or mbk/central

overall a good value but very out of the way. we stayed here because a wedding we attended was at the crystal design center across the street. hotel was clean and staff was friendly. would definitely not stay here again because of it's location. for about the same price you should put yourself closer to the action.
