They attempted to charge us extra, claiming that our 6-year-old child was not included in the booking and that we had only booked for two people. This is despite the fact that the room was advertised with a “free stay for your kid”, which we specifically paid for. We also requested two double beds and one separate bed for three people.

When we arrived, the room was clearly prepared for three guests, including our child. Nevertheless, staff insisted that he had not been included in the booking. Their own policy also states that children under 7 are not charged, which makes this situation even more confusing and frustrating.

Additionally, we were refused luggage storage, even though this service is advertised on their page. The night before we left, a staff member confirmed that they would store our luggage and there was a misunderstanding about the extra charge for our kid. However, the next morning, a different staff member—the same one who asked for extra payment for our child—said they were fully booked and could not store it. When we explained what we had been told the previous day, he dismissed his colleague by saying they were “not the sharpest one,” which was extremely rude and unprofessional.

He then told us they had “cleared” the extra charge for our child—as if this were a favor—despite the fact that the charge should never have been raised in the first place.

We did not want to argue during our Christmas break, but the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable.

Aside from the issues mentioned above, the room was not particularly clean: there was an unpleasant smell in the toilet and a spider web on the ceiling. We stayed for four nights and were only provided with three small bottles of water for the entire stay, as well as just one set of shampoo/body wash, body lotion, and soap.

I normally wouldn’t be this critical, but the way our concerns were handled affected how we experienced the stay.

WiFi isn’t working in the room. Staff couldn’t fix it. They have to contact IT who was off on Sunday. Even on Monday the issue wasn’t resolved. Their system disconnects you from the WiFi after 2 minutes max.
It’s not a hotel. It’s a motel. The door on the street is closed and you have to ring a bell so they open to you. Then you have to climb the stairs for 1 floor with all your luggage to reach the reception.

The door to get into the building is hard to get used to at first but the staff has been helpful and are available 24/7.

La temperatura nella camere è un po' troppo calda.

La hall é decisamente minimalista e scarna. La finestra dá su un cortile interno. L'hotel é inserito in un palazzo in parte adibito ad abitazioni.
