I love Ann Arbor!!
Pros:

We stayed two nights so we could visit the University of Michigan and Michigan State (easy drive from Ann Arbor). The Hyatt Place went way above my expectations. It is a very clean, modern, classy place. The rooms are nice. The breakfast was great. The staff was polite and helpful. I would definitely stay again. I loved Ann Arbor!

One of my favorite Hyatt Place hotels
Pros:

On a business trip, this hotel is conveniently located to I-94 and other areas of interest. Rooms are large, good layout, comfortable and with good lighting. Very clean and everything was in nice, good working condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. One of my favorite Hyatt Places! Highly recommended.

Going downhill.
Pros:

Food was left in our room refrigerator. We put it by our door. Not only was it not picked up the following morning, it was there until at least 11:00 the day after. Other bags of trash were in the hallway for at least 15 hours. We have stayed there previously. The breakfast is of much lower quality.

Great get away place!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The space was beautiful! And the breakfast was very nice!

Cons:

The room was very warm. The AC was at 74 most of the time we were there. The AC was also very loud when it turned on and off.

Another great stay!
Pros:

I really appreciate that they have gluten free muffins at breakfast. Friendly staff, clean room. Was surprised how well the eco AC worked in the room!

Very nice, clean hotel with some setbacks.
Pros:

Very nice, clean hotel but front desk staff could be more helpful & friendlier. Charging $10 for parking should be included with room fee & they shouldn’t charge for one visit and not the other. Other surrounding hotels don’t charge that I have stayed in, this is not Chicago. When staying for 3 days housekeeping could do more then just replace with new towels if needed & it was needed! The bright side of this place the beds are comfortable and spacious rooms are very clean and beautiful set up when u walk in & greatly appreciated the late checkouts of no charge

Tesis çok temiz, odaları konforlu, lobisi zevkli döşenmişti. Personel güleryüzlü ve kibardı. Otel çıkışı sonrası valizlerimizi uçak saatine kadar otelde muhafaza ettiler. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi, kullanılan ürünler markalıydı. Çok yakınında güzel bir alış veriş merkezi vardı.
