コスパがとても良いホテル
Pros:

・朝食がおいしい。５泊しても全然飽きなかった。
・ビーチに近くて良い（ダナンはビーチで寝転がっているだけで楽しいので、通りを渡ってすぐというのは最高。やっぱり立地が重要）
・アフタヌーンティがある。ちょっとした休憩、気分転換に良い（ずっと外出していると疲れるし、かといって部屋で休憩してもちょっと気分がイマイチ。ラウンジで休憩できるのはとても良い）
・スタッフが親切でたくさんいる（スタッフが若く、皆親切で笑顔でとても良い雰囲気です）

全体的にとても満足です。価格以上の価値はあります。大手ホテルのような豪華さはないですが、家族、気心のしれた友達などであれば十分満足できると思います。

・少し古いかな。エレベーターのカーペットなど汚い
・プールは狭い
・フィットネスルームが狭い
総じて施設は小さいので大きなホテルのような施設は期待できません。その分をスタッフのホスピタリティで補完している。

Good stay but with a couple of niggles
Pros:

The hotel is located bang opposite My Khe beach and it was a beautiful location and you could wake up to a view of the ocean from your window.

The rooms were cozy though not too large and the breakfast was excellent with a mix of local plus continental fare.

International Women's day coincided with our stay and the staff gave a nice bouquet to my wife and we had a picture taken as well.

Cons:

The staff were generally nice but I did not appreciate one incident during checkout. As is the case, there is a check of the rooms before the final checkout and while we were waiting we were informed that a spoon is missing. I have no idea of a missing spoon and it took them some time to understand that well I am not interested in picking a spoon from Vietnam. You call yourself a premium hotel and that incident was well entirely unnecessary.

There is also the small complaint around the general upkeep of the interiors which now feel dated and has probably seen better days.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Wonderful kind staff, super clean. Note that sea view rooms face a road and loud clubs that go well into the night. No double glazing here!

Cons:

Poorly designed bathroom that flooded.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Personal
Pros:

Aussergewöhnlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Leider wurde ich während des Aufenthalts krank und das Personal war in dieser Zeit sehr fürsorglich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls grossartig. Der Nachmittags-Tee mit Kuchen hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Man hat viel für das Geld bekommen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles, was in den Zimmern neben- und obendran passiert. Zur Strasse hat man auch alles gehört.
Es empfiehlt sich, Oropax mitzunehmen. Das hoteleigene Restaurant war sehr teuer und leider eine sehr grosse Enttäuschung. Wir haben mehrere Gerichte bestellt, welche ungeniessbar waren. Das Personal hat uns nach Beschwerde angeboten, kostenlos dort nochmals essen zu gehen. Wir haben aber darauf verzichtet.

スタッフが親切で、チェックアウト後もアフターヌーンティーを無料で利用できることを教えてくれたり、Grabの運転手と電話でやりとりしてくれた。

Cons:

バスタブにお湯を溜めようとすると、途中で冷水になってしまう。給湯器の関係で長時間使用すると温度が下がってしまうとのこと。せっかくバスタブが大きいので、お湯を張れないのは勿体無いと感じた。

The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. We felt completely at home and well taken care of.

Cons:

It’s a little bit far from the heart of town but the area still has nice options to offer. We would recommend including professional coffee barista at breakfast. It makes a huge difference.

Pleasant Experience
Pros:

Extremely pleasant experience here in Monarque!Facilities are really tasteful and cozy. Staff are soooo warm and accommodating. Particularly, the solid wood American-style furniture exudes a sense of luxury and homelike warmth. FYI: breakfast is plentiful，even the free late-night meal is exquisite. Definitely would like come back if having opportunities.

Great location, clean facilities and the staff was beyond polite with great attention to detail.

Cons:

The towels were pretty worn off, which was a shame considering everything else was very luxurious and taken care of.
Also, they did their best to accommodate my gluten-free diet (I have celiacs disease) and I appreciate it! I would still recommend educating a bit further on the subject. Details like “is the rice noodles/paper 100% from rice flour or also wheat” or “soy sauce and Knorr contain gluten” are important.

J'ai tout aimé, c'était au-delà de mes attentes. J'ai déjà fait beaucoup d'hôtels au VN mais ici c'est vraiment exceptionnel. La chambre est grande le lit est confortable, il ne manque rien dans la chambre. C'est très calme Le personnel est très professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est superbe, et la cerise sur le gâteau, de 2 H à 5h PM service de thé avec des petits gâteaux au bar très chic.Tout çà pour un prix très bon marché. Encore merci pour un séjour très agréable 👍🙂

Pros:

We received a lovely welcome snack in reception, then went to free buffet afternoon tea. We also received vouchers for a free Pho for dinner which was delicious. We had no need to buy any meals for our 1 night stay. Lovely friendly staff.
