The biggest highlight of the hotel was the staff – I felt that whenever I had a problem, they would go the extra mile to help.
Breakfast was super tasty, and there were plenty of options to choose from.
The location is excellent – right in front of the beach and close to attractions.
The beds are very comfortable (as are the pillows). The hotel is super clean.
The pool is not very big, but you can still have a swim.
They also provided a ticket for a free bowl of pho (just be mindful of the loud slurping from the Chinese guests – bring good earplugs or headphones). It is worth noting that the dishes served at the hotel restaurant are generally pretty delicious (try the Vietnamese pancake).
Overall, the hotel is elegant and posh – if you are looking for a Project X vibe, swipe left.

Toll für einen kurz Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, der Willkommensdrinks war super lecker. Ebenso das Frühstückbuffet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr grosszügig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer etwas muffig durch die Feuchtigkeit, aber dies ist am Meer oftmals normal und nicht lösbar.

3月22日から25日までの3泊、初めてのダナン旅行でこちらのホテルに滞在しました。 YouTubeや予約サイトの評価を参考に慎重に選びましたが、その選択は期待以上で、私たち夫婦にとって心から満たされる滞在になりました。
今回は「疲れを癒す旅」にしたかったため観光はやめ、ホテルとビーチ周辺でゆっくり過ごしました。スタッフの皆さんのおもてなしのおかげで、その望みが完璧に叶いました。
周辺にはSeafoodレストラン、ローカルフードのお店、ビーチ沿いのレストラン、コンビニが徒歩数分圏内にありとても便利です。 朝食は日替わりで種類が豊富、Afternoon Teaも飽きることがありませんでした。夜は驚くほどリーズナブルなHappy Hourがあり、毎晩の癒しの時間になりました。
そして何より印象的だったのは、車を一度も使わずに理想的な1日が完結することでした。朝食をゆっくり楽しんだ後はビーチを眺めながらココナッツジュースを楽しみ、ローカルレストランでバインミーとエッグコーヒーを味わい、ホテルのスパでマッサージ。午後はAfternoon Teaを楽しんで部屋でひと休みし、夕方にはSeafoodディナーを堪能。その後また部屋でゆっくりしてシャワーを浴び、最後はホテルのHappy Hourで締めくくる——そんな贅沢で完璧な時間を過ごせました。
スタッフの皆さんは、私たちの滞在がより良いものになるよう静かに心を配ってくださいました。 特にJuliaさん、Floraさんには心から感謝しています。
次にダナンを訪れる際も、必ずMonarque Hotelに「帰り」たいと思います。 また皆さんにお会いできる日を楽しみにしています。 Cảm ơn nhiều lắm.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service — every staff member, from the doorman to the restaurant team, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. We felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay.

The hotel also offers great amenities, including a rich and delicious breakfast, a delightful afternoon tea from 2–5 PM, and even complimentary beef pho during happy hours from 7–10 PM, which was a wonderful surprise.

Cons:

The only downside is that the stairs leading from the street to the lobby do not have handrails, which may be inconvenient for elderly guests or those with limited mobility.
