Warmherzige Atmosphäre in guter Lage zum Fährenterminal nach Stewart Island
Pros:

Die Atmosphäre der Unterkunft in dem kleinen Küstenstädtchen war wunderschön. Die Zimmer selbst waren gut, hervorheben möchten wir vor allem die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel. Mike war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da sich unsere Ankunft verzögerte schickte er uns vorsichtshalber eine Nachricht um uns daran zu erinnern daß es im Ort um die Uhrzeit keine Abendessensmöglichkeiten mehr gäbe und wir daher auf der Strecke noch Vorräte besorgen sollten. Auch liess er uns das Auto auf dem Hotelparkplatz eine Nacht länger stehen, die wir auf Stewart Island verbrachten.

Pros:

Great lo location to catch the ferry to Rakiura/ Stewart Island. Simple accommodations that were clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful owner who lets you park your car there while on the island.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant wasn’t operating and there were few options nearby.

Would highly recommend this place if you are happy to reminisce & find the local must dos
Pros:

The accommodation is quirky, owners very engaging & helpful, beds were so comfortable could have stayed in. The place is a step back in time & decorated in that vain. Staying here was a pleasant surprise.

Lovely Art Deco hotel within a short walk to the ferry terminal.
Hosts Mike and Pam were lovely, they let us leave our car here while we went to Stewart island.

Wonderful little place
Pros:

it's a lovely little hotel run by wonderful people. When our son got sick Pam helped us tremendously.
If we come back to Bluff we would like to stay there again.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich wärmstens zu empfehlen!!!
Pam und Mike geben sich alle Mühe ihren Gästen einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen und sie kümmern sich vorbildlich um ihre Gäste.
Sie helfen auch, wenn man Tipps für die Umgebung benötigt und machen sich viele Gedanken.
Wir haben uns hier sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und sehr gut ausruhen können.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und es riecht immer hervorragend und frisch. Die Einrichtung erzählt eine Geschichte und hat sehr viel Charakter. Wir fanden es wirklich toll!

Bluff ist wirklich sehr sehr toll und es lohnt sich an einem freien Tag zum Stirling Point zu gehen und von dort aus einmal rundum spazierzuwandern!

Sollten wir irgendwann wieder an Bluff vorbeikommen, werden wir definitiv hier nächtigen!

A warm welcome
Pros:

They waited for us for a late check-in. They offered free parking while we were at Stewart island for 2 days. They kept our luggage. Fantastic!
