REALMENTE HABER RESERVADO NO TUVO NINGUN IMPACTO YA QUE AL LLEGAR VI QUE NO TIENEN UNA PC, NI CONTROL ALGUNO, LO LLEVAN EN UN CUADERNO. EL HOTEL ESTA BIEN SOLO LAS TOALLAS MUUUY RESECAS, RASPOSAS Y LES FALTA IMAGEN EN LA RECEPCION, NO HAY ATENCION POR EL TIPO DE PERSONAS QUE ATIENDEN, AL SALIR A LAS 7 AM ESTABA TODO CERRADO, TUVE QUE TIMBRAR Y ESPERAR, CONOCI AL ADMINISTRADOR Y TOTALMENTE DIFERENTE; ATENTO Y CORDIAL.

Pros:

El servicio es muy bueno, entienden tus requerimientos y siempre estuvieron al tanto de las modificaciones que requerí, buen servicio y amabilidad. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias y el detalle de 3 diferentes tipos de almohada conforme a la suavidad que te guste.

Me and my children enjoyed the time we was at the hotel it was cool and clean most of all pretty service was amazing very friendly people that work theyre felt really safe here also i would highly recommend this hotel i shall be visiting huejotzingo again and plan on staying at hotel posada kenmar again thank you for your kindness.

Pros:

The hotel is pretty clean and has all you need. But at the checking it seemed that the staff did not know we were coming. So I wonder if they have the rooms actually reserved.

No hay una persona en recepción para atender, en la mañana quedamos sin agua y quien esta en turno de noche no responde a las solicitudes de servicio, hasta que llegue el personal de dia.....
No me agrado para nada el que no hubiera atención

Nothing at all. Dirty place. Stains on blanquets and walls. Smell. bad. We Gad to stay 4 days out. And pay in my own. I wouldn’t recomendable to nobody sorry Isis puck that place.
