The staff was very friendly and nice!
Nothing worked in our room as in tv phone! There was constant noise! Breakfast wasn’t the greatest!

The personnel are very difficult to understand. The lights next to the beds were ripped out of the wall and when I asked for one so my husband could turn on a light if he needed to get out of bed at night I was told by the front desk gentleman that he would come up later with a light. He never came up or even called to say anything. In the morning he said that kids had ripped out those lights. Please see picture. The hotel was not crowded and I asked why he had put us in that room which he knew was without 2 lights but he never responded to that question or even apologized for our inconvenience. We will never go back to this hotel.
Facility was clean.
The staff should be greeting the customer regardless of the time they check in. We are from San Antonio, TX so we checked in late due to the storm. When we walked in the staff was sleeping. We woked him up, he asked if we had a reservation. Told him yes and he replied that the system was done all night so he can’t check them in. We asked him, what do you want us to do? He replied to go another hotel, unless you have a reservation, so we told him, WE have a reservation, and you asked me that already and I said Yes”. He didn't even apologize, he took my ID, credit card and phone number. When we checked in to our room, he gave us two double bed, instead of a queen/king size. So again we asked if we could have a different room. However, he just shrugged his shoulders and said nope. With this attitude, I am going to stay with this company again.

The whole place was clean. I loved the set up of the room. Just slightly different than most rooms! Excellent coffee! Cool window seat! The beds were not too soft and not too hard. I loved the super soft sheets too!
