We recently spent a delightful three days and two nights at the Hyatt Place Shanghai Hongqiao CBD. Traveling as a large family of four adults and two children, we were incredibly impressed by the seamless and warm experience provided by the hotel staff.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk team demonstrated utmost professionalism. They were extremely skilled, possessed impressive multitasking abilities, and handled our check-in process swiftly and efficiently despite the busy environment. Throughout our entire stay, the service remained exceptionally responsive; anytime we had a request that required follow-up, the team resolved it with impressive speed.
A truly standout moment of our stay was the phenomenal hospitality we received from the Department Manager, Bryan Du (杜红良). We had just arrived from a long international flight, exhausted, and managing a massive amount of luggage. Bryan stepped in immediately, providing timely, proactive, and incredibly warm assistance. He not only ensured our check-in was completely stress-free but also took the time to patiently answer all of our various questions.
The exceptional care didn’t stop there. When it came time to check out, Bryan went above and beyond by personally helping us move all of our heavy luggage to the entrance. He then seamlessly coordinated the hotel’s business shuttle to drop our entire family off at the train station.
This level of seamless, "end-to-end" service truly proves that Hyatt holds the service bar incredibly high. It is exactly this kind of dedication that serves as a key differentiator for the brand.
We are deeply grateful to Bryan and the entire team at Hyatt Place Shanghai Hongqiao CBD for making our trip so memorable. We will undoubtedly choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shanghai!
