A very good choice!
Pros:

The staff provided breakfast to take on the train. They were marvellous!

Definitely won’t stay in the same place anymore

I didn’t get breakfast

Cons:

The reception was bad, the stuff behind the counter was not professional and I had to wait for almost an hour to finish check in after a long flight, it was a frustrating experience and a bad memory for me to spend a night in Hyatt place in Shanghai Hongqiao CBD.

Pros:

It’s always great being at Hyatt.
The staff is really nice and try to do theirs best to make you feel welcome.
We want to give a special thanks for the concierges! We don’t know the name of all of them, but Bryan is one of them and is such a great guy!

I will probably still choose this hotel if I have to stay in Shanghai overnight.
Pros:

My room is super clean and looks new. The staff are very nice. The location is great because I can get to Hongqiao Railway station through an underground mall, so I can avoid the outside heat in a hot summer day.
