Pros:

Les vrais lits sont confortables, le petit déjeuner est varié et bon, la localisation est pas mal (streetcar vers la riverwalk à proximité)

Cons:

On a été désagréablement surpris à l’arrivée mais tout est rentré dans l’ordre grâce à la réceptionniste qui a fait le nécessaire.
On a loué une chambre pour 3 adultes, avec 1 lit double + un canapé convertible. Sauf qu’il n’est pas possible de dormir sur ce canapé. Le matelas est hyper fin (<5cm) et on sent tous les ressorts, impossible d’y dormir, même un enfant, même juste pour une sieste.
A l’arrivée dans notre première chambre, on voit que le ménage n’a pas été fait entièrement : il reste de la vaisselle sale dans le lave-vaisselle, il reste de la nourriture dans le frigo, mais ça ça ne nous dérangerait pas si le canapé lit était utilisable. On va le dire à la réception et elle nous attribue une autre chambre, similaire. Cette fois le ménage est fait sauf qu’en dépliant le canapé-lit il est plein de miettes, et tout aussi inconfortable que le précédent.
On retourne la voir pour lui dire qu’on a loué pour 3 personnes et qu’il est impossible de dormir dans le canapé et elle nous a transféré dans une chambre avec 2 vrais lits sans surcoût. Un grand merci à elle.
Donc faites attention : s’il vous faut 2 couchages, vous devez prendre 2 lits, les canapés convertibles ne le sont pas (d'ailleurs aucun drap, coussin, etc. n'est fourni pour la 3eme personne).
