We really enjoy our stay. We stayed on the 13th floor and the views were stunning

A FUIRE
Pros:

La directrice Nicole qui a été efficace le jour de notre départ. Le plombier est venu dans les 5 mn alors que nous en réclamions un depuis 5 jours ! (grosse fuite dans toute la salle de bain)
Nous avons été remboursé de presque la moitié du séjour et elle était étonné qu'il n'y est pas de table ou de cafetière.

Cons:

la fuite d'eau dès que l'on utilisait la chasse des wc dans notre salle de bain. Elle y était déjà quand on a eu la chambre et il a fallu durant le séjour utiliser des serviettes à mettre au sol car le plancher était mouillé en permanence. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre ou bien qu'un plombier intervienne et la réponse : impossible. Le gel douche était vide nous en avons demandé on nous a répondu il faut attendre le lundi et le lundi toujours rien. L'accueil très froid d'une jeune femme aux longs ongles elle se reconnaitra ... elle ne parlait pas mais nous montrer tout avec ses ongles pas de bonjour ou bonsoir et lorsque nous avons acheté à manger dans leur boutique elle n'a toujours pas parlé et avec ses ongles à montrer la CB pour le paiement ... la seule personne agréable de l'accueil est un jeune homme les autres inefficaces à souhait ! Pas de cafetière dans la suite (juste des dosettes !) nous avons réclamé la cafetière aucune réaction sur la photo il y avait une table de salon à la place un petit pouf ... odeur très désagréable dans toute la suite ... nous donnions sur la grande route pensez aux boules quiès car très bruyant toute la nuit ... nous voyageons dans le monde et je n'ai jamais eu autant de problèmes réunis que dans un seul hôtel... la clim à fond pour aller récupérer son petit déj (nous terminions dans notre suite à cause de l'impression de frigo !!! créé par la clim (sont pas inquiétés par le changement climatique !!!

me urge que me contacten para que reversen el cobre duplicado
Pros:

el problema principal y no sé como resolverlo: me cargaron el 100% de la reserva (4 habitaciones) a mi tarjeta y al hacer el check in tambien les cobraron a mis amigos cada habitacion
