The roof top.
Didn’t have any towels and wouldn’t give me a refund or complementary stay.
This hotel is really nice. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast is not continental, it is real breakfast. Last but not least, the staff was exceptional.
La struttura si trova non lontano dal centro. Per raggiungere le strade più affollate come Canal street bisogna percorrere 10 minuti a piedi ma è preferibile prendere un Uber perché le traverse non sono sempre sicure.
La struttura è piuttosto vecchia, avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento. Non brilla per pulizia e lo staff non era molto preparato né particolarmente accogliente.

The staff was great!
Parking situation isn’t good..
It was close where we needed to be for a concert while in town and by the French Quarters.
The employees not so welcoming when we entered, they never once smiled, or made anyone feel welcoming. They're generosity never came out. They could tell they wanted to get paid and just go home. I hate to say it but they seemed like people from the ghetto. The only employee that was professional was when we checked out. I cannot remember the gentleman's name but I was very surprised by his professionalism. Peru was very spacious and clean. I did not like the fact that when we entered the room. It was open with the lock sticking out which was very weird and not safe. You can tell that the building is worn down because at the bottom of the wall and the floor it had water damage. In the bathroom, the whole entire counter and sink looked like it was about to fall. It looked as if someone pushed down on it or sat on it. I reported it to the gentleman when I checkout.
