Feel cheated
Pros:

We just feel cheated as the hotel is totally differ with the pic given.
The room is smelly, noise as the room given is facing the main road.
The windows cant close properly.
The aircond is worst
The bathroom is aishh.. I just dont know how to describe.
There's 2 branch in the same shoplots and i check in at the 2nd floor.
The whole family is not feeling safe to stay there. Hence we checkout after 10mins check in.
The staff yes, it's helpful. Very helpful.

Pros:

Hotel is near eateries. Only problem is parking. Being on the main road with shops on either side. Toilet does not have toilet tissue roll holder. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Thank you.
