Different hotel name & location
Pros:

1. Maps and location not accurate. Hotel located far about 3km from GPS. I ask 3 different hotel but nobody knew about this hotel. At last i try find it with address 3A. Then i found it after 1 hour 30minutes. But receptionist deny his hotel is the hotel i m looking for.

2. Receptionist said their hotel name is not Seri Rawang Hotel. I m exhausted so that i pay rm65 as told. Tomorrow, he will check whether i booking trough Expedia or not

Luckily, i check in at the right hotel. I get refunded

Expedia plz update hotel location. And plz advice hotel owner to inform staff that their name is SERI RAWANG HOTEL

Missing In Action....
Pros:

Difficult to locate the place. Even GPS and Google map shows the New Rawang Hotel. Seri Rawang Hotel is missing in action.
