普通に宿泊する分には充分。ただ、窓無しが我慢できるなら。
The staff was friendly and made a good impression.
前回（5ヶ月前）朝食が素敵で、また泊まりたいと思い再泊しました。室内は、清潔でとても快適でしたが、前回もそうですが窓が無いお部屋に1泊の私は気になりませんでしたが、今回は息苦しさを感じました。最大の再泊ポイントの朝食は8回の見晴らしが良い場所ですが、今回は前回に比べて味付けはまあまあですが、品数が少なく、何か期待を下回りました。ホテル環境的にロッテセンターから夜は遠く色々な食堂はありますが、静かにお茶の飲める場所が無く、結局ホテルの室内にコンビニで色々買って持ち込みました。最後にTVの案内が不親切で、翌朝ゆっくり１２時のチェックアウト迄、ゆっくりしようと思いましたが、視聴がが出来なかった（前回もそうだったかも？？）のは、私的には期待が多かっただけに物足りない無かったのは、否めません。
朝食が不衛生

初めてのベトナム、2泊しました
1泊6,500円のデラックスルーム。部屋の広さは十分で、深いバスタブもありました
朝食は6:30〜9:30、バイキングプラスフォーとオムレツはその場で調理。屋上には無料のジャグジーがあり、3アイテムまで無料のランドリーサービスあり。
次回も必ず泊まります！
エアコンが壊れていた。寝ている間に直っていたので、今度は寒すぎて大変でした。布団をめくったら毛が落ちていて清掃に疑問あり。洗面台は水詰まり。もう行かないと思う。

周辺はコンビニやレストラン、カフェなどあり便利です
お湯の出し方がわかりにくかったのと、洗面台の蓋がボタン式じゃなかったので蓋が回転して勝手に閉じてしまったのが、なんだかやりにくかったです

ハノイ市の中心部からは少し離れているため観光向きではないが、ビジネスユースでの数泊以上の滞在向き。クリーニング１日５枚まで無料は助かる。
チェックインからチェックアウトまで終始問題無く、快適に過ごせました。
朝食のブッフェも良かったです。
日本語話せるスタッフさんが常に居て助かりました。
道路に面したダブルベッドルームに単身で3泊しました。部屋は清潔でアメニティも充実していました。
最高の給湯温度でも、やや低めで、熱めのお風呂好きの私には物足りませんでした。
一日に5点までなら無料でクリーニングしてくれるサービスは助かりました。
8階のレストランで食べたフォーは、日によって魚や牛肉に変わり、美味しかったです。
バスルームの床がが水浸しを避けられない構造になってるのが残念。
スタッフは、いつも丁寧で協力的、好印象でした。立地も便利で部屋は広く清潔でした。残念だったのは、テレビは見れないチャンネルが多く、日本のチャンネルを期待している人にはNHKしか見れません。ネット環境はハノイの他のホテルと比べると最低クラスで、すぐ切断されるので不便でした。最上階のジャグジーは着替える場所もなく、どうやって利用するのか不明で、暖かくもありません。書いてたら嫌な事が意外に多かった事を思いだしましたがスタッフの態度はよかったです。
日本語表記がされていてよかった
ベッドシーツは清潔感あったのですが、タオルは雑巾みたいな古びて、匂いのするもので、アメニティーの質感も低く、まるでローカルホテルでした。金額相当のホテルとは言い難く、次回は無いホテルでした。
ジムにエアコンが無く、ハノイで扇風機の設置してあるホテルジムは、初めて見ました。ローカルホテルでもエアコンぐらいは設置してあるけど。
清潔で安価なホテルでした。朝食も、満足です。

TVはNHKが視聴できなかったのが残念でした。
Unique quirky hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Amazing laundry service. The staff were so welcoming and helpful especially Hanh the manager. She was so kind and went out of her way to arrange transport and a guide for our trip to Sapa. Thank you so much! I would love to stay here again.
