Large amount mould. The sewage smell throughout the hotel and the rooms. Room was not cleaned prior arriving at 5pm. The bed has large amount of stains. I would check the google reviews rather than the booking.com ones as these are not accurate to the current conditions. Never received my refund even though its has been saying that for the past two months on this website. Literally stayed one night because we had to and then cut our looses the next day. Theres way worst photos on google reviews go and check it out.
The view was as advertised
My original booking was about $800, i was told it was cancelled last minute and had to make a rebooking of the same room at $1,200. When i asked if we could get our booking at the previously reserved price of $400 even though it’s not our fault, we were told it is not possible. Despite paying an extra $400, what we got just isn’t worth $1,200.
The view was extremely gorgeous and super clean

- personnel at the reception don’t speak English at all
- they don’t tell you it is necessary to advise in advance to have the room cleaned. When you do it, the cleaning service is at 5 pm (worst moment of the day)
- single-size mini towels, no big towels for the shower
- it was not possible to select from where get the water in the shower
- wi-fi was not working
A lovely little hotel. The room was smallish but roomy enough for two. The view was absolutely breathtaking 😍 all the way up the beach and the beach-front establishments.
The room included a clothes steamer which was a novelty and we used this a lot during our stay. There was no coffe/tea making facilities, but we were aware of this when booking.
Finding the hotel was the most difficult part of our stay. The hotel is only 4 floors of a 14 storey building and all external signage was in Korean. Even my Korean partner was unable to help until we went to a side door of the building where the hotel was advertised on the building sign board, floors 11 to 14 (no 13th floor) and only in Korean. Actually there was hotel signage in English at the very top of the front of the building. This was almost impossible to see at street level.
Some of the rooms extremities needed more attention with loose trimmings. Ther were cracked tiles and a bit of mould in the shower.
The view was amazing though, 8/10. It's very close to the beach and many gems are near by with in walking distance.
The room was a bit disappointing, 3/10. They didn't have full body towels. For the price of the room I was expecting it to be more modern. Not accurate to the pictures.
The check-in and check-out staff were awesome. We missed the simple American style breakfast, but the staff gave us some noodles in a cup and boiled eggs. You can see the nearby bridge, the doves flying in the sky from the windows, and across the street was Gwangalli beach. There was a parking in the basement for the entire building where the hotel is located.
First, the hotel location was not clear in the booking. The GPS says we arrived but we only saw a building in front of us. It was very tricky if you don’t read Korean or do not asked. We didn’t realize that the hotel was part of a big building with other hotels and businesses. They only have the 11th and 12th floors for guests. Second, you want to make sure that they validate your license plate for the full day stay. You cannot get out of the basement parking if you don’t pay. We were surprised that the garage charged W68,000 and the hotel validated only W38,000 which means you still have to pay W30,000. So, we called the front desk to fix it, so we can get out of the parking garage. There were many restaurants, mostly served seafood like fish, eels, etc, and cafes but prepare to pay a lot. Menu prices were not reasonable because it’s kind of catered to tourists.
“This was my first visit to Busan, and I really wanted a sea-view room—Primavera Hotel delivered perfectly! The location was ideal, and the sunset view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with calling taxis and recommending places to visit. There’s even a staff member who speaks English, but if not, translation apps work just fine!
Another great point was the free early breakfast, free parking, WiFi, and Netflix, which I enjoyed with my friends. The bed was super comfortable, and overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!”
Parking Experience:
The underground parking lot spans 1–2 floors of the building and is spacious, making parking convenient and hassle-free.
( * If you find it difficult to locate the building, it is on the 11th floor of Ocean Bridge Building A. Please note that there are two entrance doors.)
Front Desk and Staff Friendliness:
This was my second visit, and the staff recognized me and upgraded my room. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at, I believe the staff here are exceptionally friendly.

Room Interior:
The room was incredibly clean. The furniture layout was thoughtfully arranged to suit the space. The soft spotlight lighting created a luxurious and calming atmosphere, providing a sense of healing. The modern wall design and cleanliness of the bedding and bathroom were all very satisfying.
Room Facilities:
The comfort of the mattress was on another level compared to budget hotels. The mattress provided just the right amount of firmness, offering a sense of stability and comfort. Many hotels have mattresses and bedding that feel below par, but the bedding quality here was equivalent to premium hotel standards.
The ocean view, in particular, was breathtaking and truly the best. It felt like my heart was bursting with joy. The breakfast, provided free of charge, was also satisfying by my standards.
Memorable Points:
The hotel staff made every effort to provide the best possible service to each guest. The room was exceptionally clean, and I was more than satisfied with my stay.
