Pros:

Central location inside old city. Most of the attractions are at walking distance . Breakfast was very good. Staff courteous and polite. Cleanliness was good

The only complaint was the noise as construction work was going on in the neighborhood

Pros:

Kesinlikle çok memnun kaldık. Konumu itibariyle gün içinde ufak molalar vermek için otele uğrayabilme şansı bulduk. Her yere yürüyerek gittik. Temiz ve güvenilirdi. Ek binada rezervasyon yaptırmış olmamıza rağmen müsaitlik olduğu için fiyat farkı bile almadan bizi superior odaya yükselttiler. Otantik ortamı dekorasyonu benzersizdi. Her şey için teşekkürler.

colazione buona e diversificata
la reception sempre pronta ad aiutare a chiamare taxi

il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata
il riscaldamento era eccessivamente caldo e non regolabile (anche da spento c'erano sempre 25.5 gradi)
le finestre della stanza erano affacciate solo verso l'atrio centrale e quindi solo su un interno

Yataklar rahattı, oda servisi ve temizliği iyiydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Turizm sezonu dışında seyahat etmemden ötürü etrafta yapım çalışmaları vardı, ancak bu onarım çalışmalarının sesleri hiç rahatsız etmedi, otelin genel olarak ses izolasyonu iyiydi. Konumu hem İçerişəhər metrosuna hem Sahil metrosuna yürüme mesafesindeydi. Onun dışında akşam oturulabilecek cafeler vs. gene hep yürüme mesafesindeydi. Spa'yı deneyemedim ancak spa imkanı olması bile güzel özelliklerden sayılabilir.

Cons:

Wifi kalitesi düşük, iş gereği toplantı yaparken anlık donmalar yaşadım. Berbat değil ama iyi de değil. Duş aksamları kırıktı, duş başlığını rahat kullanabilmek için kağıt sıkıştırıp sabitlemem gerekti, bakım gerekli. Odam restoranın hemen altında kalıyordu sanırım, sabahları sürükleme sesleri rahatsız ediyordu. (308)

Everything was perfect the location, the hotel itself the staff , the receptionists especially Hasan and the girl I forgot her name, they were nice , helpful and welcoming ❤️
