Fantastic friendly hotel with a great location
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, great staff, fantastic location, lovely comfortable room. Used the gym every day and it was fairly well kitted out.

Cons:

Shower flooded the bathroom each time!

Perfecta ubicación en instalaciones cómodas

La ubicación es perfecta, personal amable. Tiene. El extra del spa y posibilidad de masajes. La habitación y el baño son muy espaciosos. Justo al lado hay oficina de cambio

Great experience
Pros:

Excellent experience at the Shah Palace in Baku. Very friendly staff and the driver that took me to the airport at the end was also very helpful. Breakfast could be a little bit better, but still good as it is.

Местоположение - идеально, но плохие ванные и завтраки.
Pros:

Местоположение гостиницы - самый большой плюс. Всюду близко, как начальная точка для путешествий - идеально. Номера - красивые, большие, светлые, центральный холл и балконы тоже очень красивые. Персонал заботливый, дружелюбный, старались со всем помочь.

Cons:

Запах в ванной/ вода - всегда очень плохо пахло, старая канализация/ трубы ... не помог даже освежитель воздуха, который стоит в номерах. Оборудование ванной комнаты тоже старое, потрепанное, где-то потресканое, где-то ржавое. Полотенца, которые меняли каждый день - были очень поношенные, растрепанные концы и иногда даже с пятнами.
Завтрак - наверное самое слабое место гостиницы, редко дополнялись продукты, выбор скудный и невкусный. Персонал (бармен) в телефоне и спиной к залу. Чашки на чай/ кофе были не очень хорошо помыты. Кофе разведенный водой так, что кофем и не пахнет...

For exploring the old city this is a good option.

The location is perfect and the service is friendly

Cons:

There was a leak in the bathroom which kept the floor of the bathroom wet and slippery. To attract business travellers, laundry service has to be greatly improved with same-day service. I requested a shirt to be launderted and folded, it arrived after 2 days and was on a hnager.
