Pros:

The Kebaya Story Restaurant adjacent to the hotel is great (this is also where the breakfast is served).
Easy to reach other places in the city center of Miri (e.g. Miri Times Square).
The room is spacious. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Some features are a bit outdated, such as the bathroom or the access cards to the room.

Connecting to Kepaya Restaurant

Cons:

Toilet and lift should be upgraded. Should install shower screen or glass partition for shower place to avoid water splashing

Pros:

The location was perfect! The room was spacious and huge! Perfect for a family of five! Bed is super comfortable, staff is fast and efficient in replying and receiving calls. 10/10

Cons:

the water heater didnt last long, after one person took a hot shower, there isnt any more hot water left for the next person, thats the only thing that im less satisfied with
